The service was very, very disappointing. On WhatsApp, it's like begging, I ask for a response. When we arrived at the location, we talked to the two men at the reception who were incredibly arrogant. Ignorant, I don't care (preoccupied playing with my cell phone), I have to answer twice before being asked.And what's even funnier, this hotel doesn't provide extra beds, but when you bring 3 people in a room with your family, you're charged 50% of the original price. I can't get any service and facilities, the price is too expensive, I feel like it's a 3 star.

Strategic location, it is recommended for comfort to choose a superior or deluxe room, standard rooms are not recommended, the breakfast menu is always white rice and fried fish like lunch, the price is a little expensive

The bathroom shower is leaking, the hotel staff is in uniform in the morning but not at night. There is no bathroom mat, the sink is broken, breakfast 2 days in a row has the same side dishes, the staff is sitting on the floor, the room is not air-conditioned, noise from outside enters the room, the staff is noisy, the quality is suitable for being called a motel/inn. For a room of 350 thousand/night, it's not worth it.

New hotel but don't have good circulation, if the hotel doesn't provide AC or fan at least provide window. Honestly the hotel location is a strategic one but yeah bad circulation.
