1. Breakfast isn't until 8.30 WIB, so people are very hungry waiting.2. Unfriendly service3. There is no cafe inside the hotel, guests have to walk quite far outside the hotel to find a cafe or coffee shop

As for the view, it's goodThe hotel is good, the food is less than recommended... the hotel toilet is good,dirty in the yard, it took a long time for the staff to clean up people's leftover food, the final trash can near the hotel room on the ground floor smelled. Hopefully the future will be better

Nice place, clean hotel, good service, direct view of Lake Toba, breakfast provided, close to Tigaras Ferry port.The surrounding residents are also friendly, the BKM Mosque Hikmah is also supple and friendly.Anyway, satisfied, enjoyable and recommended ๐๐ป๐๐ป
