Rooms 1 and 2 on the 3rd floor and Room 6 on the 2nd floor were great for relaxing while watching the Mekong River!The hotel staff was kind and attentive and the space was comfortable!Breakfast is included and the food you can eat on the first floor across the street is also delicious 😋The shower was weak, the building was a bit old, and bugs were attracted to the electricity depending on the day, which was a problem! I'm glad I left that out!If you are looking for a beautiful room, there are many newly built houses, so you might want to choose one! If you're looking for a balcony, this is your choice.

The rooms were small for the price, and the location of the power source was inconvenient as it was an old building, but the view from the river view room was good, and most of the price was spent on the view, the location, and the location on Walking Street. So I guess you could call it a location fee.The staff were all kind and helpful.It's convenient in many ways, so if you don't mind the room, I think it's a good option.

Good view of the Mekong River, very clean room, good location near the parking lot at Wat Tha Khok. In front of the accommodation is a walking street. The owner provides excellent service.

16-17 Feb. 2024Family room for 4 people, very perfect. The room is spacious, there's a lot of usable space, the room is clean, the bathroom secretly has cockroaches. But personally, I'm not afraid, so it's okay. 4 people stay and get only one bottle of shower cream. But we took soap with us so we didn't ask for anything. The air conditioner is really cool. I give it a 10.The view of the Mekong River is very beautiful. At night it's even more beautiful. Very close to the walking street, not close to the hotel located in the walking street. Walking out, it's a walking street. I really like it.Parking: go to park at the temple. If anyone brings their own car like us, it's convenient.Breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is at the restaurant opposite the hotel. There is a coupon to choose your own breakfast, including 1 cup of Ovaltine coffee per person, 3 pieces of Patongko per person, and 2 pieces of bread per person.

The accommodation here is next to the walking street. The owner and staff take good care of you. It's like coming to sleep at home. There is breakfast on the opposite side. The atmosphere behind has a view of the Mekong River. The morning fog is thick. Went during the winter and the weather was cool and comfortable. I was impressed.

Booked one night at Sam’s. The room was huge with a wonderful view of the River Mekong. It’s right at the start of walking street and a perfect location. Nice oriental breakfast in the morning after giving to the Monks at 06:00. They walk right past the front of the accommodation.

The owner of the accommodation provides very good service. Cute and friendly. I recommend it. This accommodation is really good. I forgot my keys. The owner of the accommodation got up and opened it for me. I was secretly considerate, but I still smiled at him haha.

Great location. And I like the room on the first floor. In front of you is the Mekong River. There is a night market in front of the hotel. Not boring. And you can feel very relaxed.

Quaint old traditional Thai house converted in to a small hotel. Room I had was nice and cosy and the big bed very comfortable. Views from room were fantastic too! The host couldn't do enough to make your stay one to remember. Free coffee, water, and other drinks too, but not alcoholic. Breakfast is taken at restaurant across the road, as hotel not the room to have it's own, but this seems to work very well and looks to be the norm for small hotels on Chiang Khan's Walking Street.

Rooms are old and overpriced. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom.Not worth more than 500THB.The only plus point is the location and view.

Basic, but clean. Breakfast in the little restaurant on the opposite side of the street was good. Prices reasonable, not cheap, but not really expensive either.

Inn right on the river. Including breakfast. Parking space for cars around the corner. Air conditioning & TV. Everything your heart desires, immediately again 👍
