The bathroom, oh my gosh, I cried so much when I entered the room I was greeted with a smell, dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, the yellow toilet smelled bad, the jet closet almost came off, there were so many minuses in the bathroom.2. Hotel amenities such as no slippers, the water heater is broken, the room telephone doesn't work, the instructions book etc. even the number that can be contacted to go to the receptionist is not available.3. The wall of the room near the window looks like it has seeped through, the sofa smells dirty.4. The mattress looks like it's never been vacuumed, oh my God 😭😭 after the staycation, my body was really itchy, I was sure there were lots of mites, I cried a lotOnly 1 was helped, the room faced the lake view. Up the stairs 😭😭😭 hotel in Medan with price range 270, using elevator, clean, complete with all amenities.Hopefully it will be fixed soon, it's really sad if it gets a bad rating like this. The price is very overpriced with the facilities provided. Hopefully this will be input for the future.

The view to the lake is very beautiful.

When gone around Lake Toba, some area still have a lot agas (tiny tiny mosquito that could cause itchy for weeks) and this mosquito when bite you, you dont feel a thing. So dont forget to get moquito repellent and use it all day....
