The room is very dirty, it seems like the blankets have never been washed... Just checked in for a few hours, lying down, my body is already itchy, the mattress and sheets have lots of mites...

The rooms are in new buildings, spacious, clean, the AC is cold. Got breakfast. Near Pandan beach.Minuses:The side of the big road becomes noisy with the sound of passing vehicles.Added an extra bed but the head pillow I was given was broken, it contained dacron which was lumpy, so it gave me a headache.

I had business trip in Pandan city nearby Sibolga for few days. I'm having long stay at a quite good hotel. but that day on February 29th i had to check out from my previous hotel. Looking nearby , Marina hotel looks good from the outside. but i had to review the unworthy priceAir conditione and wifi was greatshower room : Dissapointingbreakfast : not helpfulroom : so - some to back there? gotta think 20 times againsorry and good luck for the management.

The service is very wkdbxhakbwdbxh😡😡😡😤 It's hard to say the main thing. Check in and check out at the reception, no one is on standby, you have to scream and call the receptionist 😭 Expensive, doesn't match the price 🚫 New building or old building, the facilities are the same, stuffy. Yellow water x. Minimal ventilation, no water heater, doesn't match the price!!. Bad, very bad 👎👎👎👎👎. Highly not recommended⛔️⛔️

Disappointing. That is the right word when you are at this hotel. Starting from the thin blanket, the bathroom is starting to get damaged. Broken faucet. The TV is dead. And finally the breakfast was terrible, cold and scanty. Really not a recommendation for those of you who want to come here. The price does not match what you get. Hopefully it can be fixed.

The breakfast wasn't great :( the portion for an elementary school child was given to an adult. The room was a bit stuffy, the pillows were a bit damp and very thin.

For those of you who want to stay overnight, GK is highly recommendedHotels are often flooded with inadequate facilities, so don't stay overnight

Smelly rooms, corny toiletary (very small non absorbent towel, cheap soap and shampoo,etc..) so not recommended for 500k room in August 2023... Place is spooky, staff also not friendly, breakfast tiny portion of fried rice which taste bad. Beside that it is by the road side,very noisy you can hear nonstop at night as well

Room Review.The room is quite big for Deluxe 2, ad tv, bathroom, twinbad, for a family of 3 children it must be extra bad. But unfortunately it's dusty.Parking is available, friendly service.Provide the best service for consumers.One thing that is lacking, don't be too stingy with breakfast.
