I ordered it for my husband who happened to be on business in Medan. According to my husband, the room is ugly, dirty.It's a shame that the hotel that collaborates with the application doesn't match the reality on the ground. Consumers are disappointed. In fact, if the hotel really takes good care of the accommodation, many of them will repeat themselves and will definitely bring memorable stories from word of mouth. Hopefully the hotel owner will get guidance. Amen, don't just want money but don't prioritize the comfort of the visitors.

The hotel was really bad, the TV wasn't on, there wasn't any WiFi, the blankets weren't clean, the towels were torn, the bathroom was dirty, the sink couldn't be used, the door was broken. The room price is 130,000, I last stayed there 1 week ago in room A5. Please, please pay attention to the hotel owner's cleanliness and hotel facilities. Don't just take guests' money

Very bad, very dirty room. The blanket sheet was full of blood stains. The rubbish hasn't been thrown away and it looks like someone left the sheets without changing them. There's a lot of hair falling out on the mattress, it doesn't look like the sheets have been replaced, they've just been tidied again.The bathroom is dirty, dirty tissues are scattered around. Very sorry.

VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED... For you, DON'T SLEEP HERE. In my life, the hotel has never, NOT prepared the room I paid for...I brought 3 children, one BABY and two children over 7 years old. Coming from a 12 hour journey area. When I arrived at the hotel at night, no one had arranged the car park (small parking), I booked my hotel using the application at will, they said the room was not available. It's full...Meanwhile I've paid for 3 nights, and every night 2 rooms...I can imagine that I'm already tired, the children are sleepy, hungry... Fussy...Lots of loss...In fact, he just arbitrarily told me to cancel using the application for booking a hotel for 3 nights, even though the booking that I had paid for for 3 nights and 2 rooms had already been entered into their hotel's computer report.I told them to cancel the application... because they were in the wrong... the hotel didn't want to. Even though the hotel is to blame... How come I was the one who canceled my order on the application...Not them.... VERY irresponsible... VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I've been here twice, I was refused check-in, they asked for an additional fee, now the price is 130k, the first time I came, I still understand because it's New Year, Uh, yesterday I went there again but the price has gone up again, I asked for a refund, Agoda is currently processing the refund, Eh But PAPAKOEL unilaterally stated in the application that I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED IN, So the money goes to them, And I can't get a refund anymore, It's been like this twice, Please improve the service.

DISGUSTING. Looks nothing like the photos. When we checked in it looked like the room had not been cleaned at all. The floors, bathroom and bedsheets were filthy. Bedsheets covered in stains, hair etc and had not been changed between people. Towel was filthy. Ants in the bed. Toilet and bathroom look as though they have never been cleaned. Everything was broken, damaged or dirty. This place was so bad that we didn’t even want to sit down. There are no restaurants nearby either (McDonald’s is a taxi ride away). We had to book a new place to stay as it was so unhygienic. Do not stay here

Sorry in advance if I gave 2 stars...I ordered from the application and have paid. arrived at our destination, the receptionist said the rooms were full...I have called the call center service, and asked to be transferred to another hotel..
