When we arrived it was raining around 10.30 at night. It was clear that online there were still 2 more rooms left, but when we got there, no one greeted us, we were confused, we called, there was no one when we looked, it looked like a security guard post, there were lots of PD guys there but at first we were ignored, then my friend broke in. look into the depths and call them. Well, one of the men got up and asked, was there still any room? Immediately it was rejected, saying it was full, while we looked online. It was still there, right, then we said, yes, he answered again, yes, if you order online, there are 2 more rooms, but if someone orders KK later, we will take it out (in our hearts we think and are amazed) We pay according to the rules in the system, so there's only 1 LG left in the room, right? We just wanted to go there because the weather was raining, we were already in the rain, it was night, the girls were too. I was surprised by the service provided, there was no lobby or receptionist. JD was confused about where to ask for information. The service is lacking. That's what was even more unethical when we asked about the ABG's empty room, the officer laughed in amazement and his friend didn't know what he meant. That's the worst I felt. That was a bitter experience for me, I hope it doesn't happen again.
