NICE GOSA CREATE A PROMOTION ON AGODA. Suddenly they asked for an additional 100 thousand, the price in the APK was 174 thousand because it didn't match the high school application, they said they could cancel it, but it wasn't even confirmed. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!

Very, very NOT RECOMMENDED. Overall bad. I have enough. Regret. The price is not the same as what has been booked in the application, after checking in you are asked for additional money, because the system is wrong. Service is very unfriendly. All the officers are rude, none of them are friendly at all, don't even smile. Rooms have minimal facilities & are not clean. The lobby does not have a comfortable space to wait. Awkward bat, when we come there the service is like we're just going to sleep, we don't have to pay. There are lots of similar accommodations with the same price but the service and facilities are quite good.

Can someone explain why every time you book this place from Agoda you always ask for extra money? not deposit money. When asked what money? was answered "there are no hotels for that price". Every time I checked in I was always asked for additional money. Finally, the third time I didn't check in, because the money requested was MORE than the hotel price via the Agoda application.

I already booked from the application at a price of 296 for 3 days 2 nights but when I got to my place I was asked for another 350. The female service is not friendly. I asked for my money back, but instead I was given a voucher which had no use. Please return my money, I don't want it replaced with a voucher

DIRTY UGLY HOTELChecked in at Agoda for 100 and the price was clearly stated on Agoda and I paid it, but suddenly when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist said there was an ADDITIONAL 140 isn't that strange, this guy, in fact he said again, this is the rule of our hotel from the past, he said there is an additional fee for all Oyo's. Even though I was staying at another Oyo, I didn't ask for anything extra, it was the receptionist who was making a profit for himself, which is why the price on Agoda can be increased as he pleases when I arrive at the hotel, if you want a refund, you can't get a refund.So I'm afraid to check in at a hotel where the receptionist is greedy like this, the payment on Agoda is 130, but Oyo asks for extra
