Bad, service is not good, payment is via the Agoda application, right at the location, ask the receptionist. They say they have no connection with the application, if there isn't one, why is it still being applied and on maps regarding the booking feature via the application, while the fees paid through the application are included to the hotel with the code, felt like I was being cheated ALREADY BOOKING and PAYING VIA THE APPLICATION BUT THE MONEY WAS NOT DISAPPEARED!! and SAID THERE IS NO MORE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE APPLICATION PARTY ANYMORE!!

Lack of maintenance, asked for a full height room, they said the remaining one was standard, when we checked in we were the only occupants around the room, only 20 minutes after checking out the room was dirty, the Aura was not good, the bathroom was dirty it was really not suitable, if it had been taken care of better guaranteed to attract visitors.
