Friendly receptionist. Even though my first bedroom was quite poorly placed, it flooded easily due to the rain running down the walls, there were no toiletries, there were no towels or drinking water, and the TV couldn't be used hahaha...After a whole day, at night we were told to move to another room. And thankfully the new room is neat, clean, complete toiletries, drinking water is provided, the TV can be used well, the AC is very good and good to use... Anyway, thank God, because I have moved the room, I can rest soundly... Thank you, Alpha Inn, God willing, I will I'll come back when I go to the field 😇

Just win in a strategic location. With a price of 250 thousand and above room B only. There's nothing that can be used as a mat so the front area of the bathroom is muddy x. Some of the lights are broken, only local TV broadcasts. Plus, there's just a water heater. I'm in a standard room. Plus, I've been in a 4 star hotel with a swimming pool. Maybe my expectations are too high🙏🙏🙏

Accommodation at a cheap price and indeed the price corresponds to its quality, starting from the cleanliness of the dirty rooms and lots of damaged closets just placed near the elevator, very untidy. Then there is very minimal car parking and it is also located near a bend so that when parallel parking it is prone to being hit from behind. Overall for one day's accommodation or transit is sufficient, it is not recommended to stay more than 2 nights.

ALPHA IN HOTEL SECURITY IS VERY BAD. security is only available in the afternoon & CCTV ERROR. My motorbike was lost in the Alpha in Hotel parking lot when I was a hotel guest. And the hotel does not want to be responsible for any compensation and only answers "whatever". I asked for the number of the hotel owner/meet them directly and they were not given, and I asked to meet the manager who said Winda/Wien Wiraligatsa was an ACCOUNTING FRAUD also said "The manager has resigned, there is no management". I have proof of all these HOTEL ALPHA IN CONTRACT videos. IF THERE IS 0 STARS I WILL GIVE IT 0. Starting from the receptionist, the service was very bad, the bathroom was dirty with yellow spots and the toilet lid was broken. Under the bed it was also very dirty as if it had never been swept.

The facilities in the room are inadequate even though the room is rather spacious.For room number 306, the AC was not cold, it was cold, even in the receptionist room, so resting was uncomfortable because it was hot.Television channels are jammed².

If you go to Medan, try looking for other accommodation.The location is strategic but the room makes me want to cry even though it's only for one night.1. No towels. Must be asked for and given directly. So it's a towel used by someone who doesn't know what their hand has been holding2. AC works well3. Under the bed. More of a horror setting. Dust and used tissue everywhere4. Mattress. Very dusty. It's like sleeping on a train wearing a sleep mask because it's so dusty5. Hangers. It's like a hanger at home6. Bathroom. The sink outside is ok but it's not good to look at. Fortunately, warm water was possible but the shampoo box ran out. There's Bulet bar soap. It's called eke baby, top to wash7. The people are friendly. It's not snooty or rude. Help lift things too. Iron lentIt doesn't matter if the price increases as long as the facilities and service are adequate.
