It is no longer suitable for lodging. There is no hot water, the TV is useless and there is very minimal service.Dirty bathroom.

At first I was hesitant about staying here, because I read Google reviews. But just be brave, rent two rooms because the budget is limited😋. The room was clean, only the hot water was off. But hotel staff rushed to fix it and succeeded. For rooms where the hot water cannot be repaired, the room is replaced. Suitable for a family hotel because there is a free space with lots of tables and chairs that can be used for family gatherings. The officers are friendly and responsive. Very strategic location. Very suitable for the low price offered.

If possible I would give 0 starsthe quality of service is very bad.the room was not suitable for occupancy, it was very smelly, smelled of urine, the sheets, blankets and pillows appeared to have never been washed and there were also footprints on the sheets.and breakfast for my family was late and said I forgotit doesn't make sense, I paid 600 thousand for 2 roomsbut the rooms and service are very badI suggest don't come hereThank You

Don't recommend staying at this hotel... The rooms are smelly, musty, not well maintained, the room price is already 440 thousand with specs like that... Very disappointed, there is no glass in the room, the hot water is dead, the bed is itchy, regret it.

Dirty place not maintained. Expensive prices, all facilities are damaged, nothing is fixed. In the morning I wanted to take a shower and when I went to the toilet there was no water at all. Ordered 2 rooms, the bathroom doors were all broken and couldn't be closed. The sinks were all leaking and couldn't be used. There wasn't even any tissue. The bathroom smells of human waste that hasn't been flushed. Don't stay here if you don't want to regret it and feel disgusted for the rest of your life. It's better to look for other accommodation. It looks good from the outside but inside the room it's scary and disgusting when you sleep. Not suitable for accommodation.

Terrible hotel! DO NOT stay here!! We had a Junior Suite, so expected at least the basics, but got less than that. Dirty rooms that haven't even been swept, no hot water in the shower. There are hardly any staff around the hotel and the people walking around are barely 18 years old, do not speak a word of English and are not helpful. Hotel is located on the street and it seems like you are on the street, a lot of noise. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Do not offer breakfast. There are so many nicer guesthouses and homestays in Berastagi. This really isn't worth the money! Didn't sleep a wink
