I ordered via the Traveloka app, it was successful when I got to the location and when I wanted to check in, I was told the room was full, like I was being evicted on purpose, even though my cousin's brother was staying, no one asked/asked for a family card and the marriage certificate was immediately told the room was full and please refund via the app. , but in the app there are no refunds for this hotel, making complaints from the hotel making excuses for not showing a marriage certificate when arriving at the location, you have been cheated by this hotel, don't be the next victim, it's better to just choose another hotel.

Booked a room, had a transaction via bank transfer, & received the order, after visiting the accommodation location it was closed tightly, the reason is that they don't accept guests after 11pm... it doesn't make sense, orders & money are accepted but visitors are not allowed I went in because of the time, boarding or lodging?
