First time staying here, friendly, good service, clean room, just at the edge of the lake there is a lot of plastic rubbish, a bit uncomfortable, please keep other visitors clean, trash cans are everywhere. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the lakeside at the hotel. So far so good for others.

The rooms are quite spacious, even though the buildings and furniture are old style. The view around the hotel is very good, quite close to a convenient store and many places to eat around the hotel, approximately 5 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and quite professional. Stayed 4 nights because the office event was at a hotel located close to Siantar Parapat. The hotel even sent it to my address when I left something behind. Thank you to the hotel staff and management, I wish you more success in the future 🤗🙏
