Room cleanliness needs to be improved, cigarette butts and cigarette ash are full of desk drawers. Causes an unpleasant odor.It seems like a rule needs to be made that prohibits smoking in rooms.The towels also need to be regenerated.

The rooms are quite spacious but the facilities are lacking. The lighting is dim, there is no mat for the bathroom, no slipper, the toilet kit is minimal, the walls of the room need to be cleaned or repainted because they are dirty with graffiti and stains.Coincidentally, I got a room that had a connecting door that only had a small spoon attached to it for the key, the TV in my room couldn't be turned on, the telephone didn't have a cable, there was no exhaust in the bathroom so it smelled damp, and the same thing in the room. Lots of ants near the dressing table.There are lots of things that need attention and improvement even though the location is quite good and strategic.

On October 12, evening at 19.00, I wanted to stay at this hotel, the receptionist was very cruel... I wanted to stay overnight but I couldn't borrow the bathroom first, so I said don't stay... very bad way of working
