It is the most worthless school that I have ever stayed at. The lobby has no air conditioning. Standing and waiting to check in was so hot that I had a headache. The swimming pool is not ready for service, saying the room next to the pool is full. Stayed in a room priced at almost 3 thousand, there was nothing provided in the bathroom. Safe course everything It's dark and the walkway lights haven't been turned on yet.

The room is beautiful.But very disappointed with the standard and service.Reserve a room with an extra bed.When we arrived at the room, it appeared that the mattress had not yet been added.I reported and waited for half an hour and no one came.So I went outside to do business first.I thought that the staff would come and take care of it for me.Come back in the evening and rest.But still no one has come to add an extra bed.I have to call again. The lobby stated that Already told the staff I'll tell you again.We sat and waited. Ten minutes passed and it was still quiet. Sigh..Call again. I asked what time I would come to add an extra bed.... The lobby said the same thing as already informed. We said it more intensely.Yes...so what time will you come to do it?The staff will quickly follow up again.This time about 3 minutes later the employee came.We're fine so we can rest.When I went to bed I was stunned.Oh wow, my back is definitely hurting tonight.The mattress is not a mattress (usually other places are 4-5 inches thick).But here it's a thin sponge that you can squeeze with your fingers.at allSigh....I missed it. I thought the measures and service would be better than this...very scary..

The location of the hotel is very good. Easy to get to. Located in the city but the zone is not crowded. The hotel is very beautiful. The room is clean. It's a pity that the breakfast was a bit lacking. But it's delicious (the school has a hair dryer too, which is great).

New accommodation, the service staff is very good. Lent equipment for eating dinner as well. Impressed. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean. There was a shower cap. The bathroom was wide and clearly separated. The bedroom was comfortable and connected to a TV that wasn't very clear. But I rarely watch TV so I'm not addicted to anything. The breakfast is delicious, with a very good variety of menus. Overall, very good.

Overall, the hotel has both okay and not okay parts.The okay part is that the rooms are considered new, good, and clean. The location is convenient to travel. Polite staffNot okay. Basic bathroom amenities are only a shower cap, no toothbrush, have to ask for one. The extra mattress for 350 baht is very thin. And this breakfast is not very okay, few items, no replenishment when compared to thousands of baht rooms. It is a suggestion for improvement.

I go to stay often and have business in Loei city regularly. The last time I went to stay on the 1st floor, the sound of the water pump was loud all night.

Escape from the hearts of the residents. Really 100%.It is a hotel that is not ready to provide much service. Sleep for two nights, same food every day. The food only has fried rice and porridge, not a variety, like saving costs. The swimming pool is not ready to open. .claimed it was raining...If anyone comes to travel at all. Changing your accommodation is the best. I would like to warn you with good hope....

The hotel is pretty new but doesn't deserve a 9.0 Agoda rating at all. I have worked as a hotel inspector for some time and know what to look at. The hotel location is close to a busy road intersection with traffic lights and waiting cars often obstruct the hotel entrance. The hotel is all white tiled but the decorations and furniture are kitschy and cheap. The "swimming pool" could not be used, the water was greenish and the bottom sandy. The TV had only a few local channels which could not be viewed due to lack of antenna...every picture was "snowy". The breakfast was a disaster with almost nothing to eat. For hot coffee there was powder coffee, powder whitener and hot water - do it yourself like in the room. The reception staff appeared untrained with a totally unconcerned attitude. When asked for a second key they wanted 200 Baht. All in all this hotel definitely doesn't deserve it's 4 star rating.

The hotel is decorated in a Renaissance style standard. Arrange various areas beautifully and perfectly. The rooms are clean and up to standard. Excellent service staff.
