Looking for a room along the Mekong River but all were full. So I came to stay here and was impressed.The most obvious thing about this place is cleanliness. It can be felt from the ground floor to the rooms. The floor is so clean it's almost slippery. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms are very clean. The bed is big but a bit hard, the air conditioner is cool, the room is spacious, the water is strong and quiet. Everything is perfectly good, nothing to complain about. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a refrigerator on the balcony.The rooms are very cheap. I got a price in the early thousands. Very ok with all of the above. Recommended.

It is a place to stay close to Chiang Khan Walking Street. Walk out of the alley for a little and you'll find the walking street. It's just a little closer. It's very charming because it's all wood. But the room proportions are arranged perfectly. The accommodation is very quiet, clean, not chaotic, not noisy, cool air conditioning, warm water, wifi ok, slept well.

I just stayed here last New Year. The first stay was very impressive. The place is very clean. The room is exactly as described (staying in a room with a balcony, you can sit and chill in front of the room)Near the walking street, good atmosphere, recommend it.

The accommodation has a good atmosphere, quiet, the staff are good and lovely. There is no breakfast, but there is coffee, hot Ovaltine, toast to eat. The rooms are clean, the water flows strong, the air conditioner is cool. The hotel location is a short walk to the walking street. Parking: We can park at Wat Pa Klang. There is no one collecting money for parking. There is a cabinet for us to put in according to our faith. If you come during the winter, the weather will be very good.

Accommodation in Soi 12 is beautiful, quiet, clean, not crowded. Walk about 100 meters to the walking street. Parking for 2 cars. If it's not in high season, you can park, but in front of the alley there is a temple. You can park.

I really like woodwork, which makes me fall in love with the atmosphere here. The rooms, bathrooms, and other appliances are very clean. The front desk is friendly and tries to find information and answer questions. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a common one, so I feel a bit stuck. But there weren't many problems, but there was a criticism that the bathroom didn't separate wet and dry sections. The floor drain is clogged with hair particles, causing slow drainage. The staff cleans the bathroom very well, but may neglect this part, causing some frustration. But overall, it is another hotel that is worth staying at.
