Very disappointed with the condition of the hotel room. Far from comfortable for the price of 160,000 per night. The room floor was peeling, several cockroaches emerged from the floor. The walls of the room are also peeling and have holes. It would be good if the hotel was renovated in these parts.

One of the best Reddoorz I have ever stayed at. Excellent. Access to the top floor uses the lift, the lift is smooth. There are 4 floors and there is a rooftop balcony where you can sit and relax because seating is provided like a cafe so you can hang out at the same time, on the rooftop balcony there are also several rooms with really good views. The facilities are also commensurate and good for that price and on every floor, especially on the 3rd floor of my room, on every floor near the lift door there is a drinking water dispenser, but I don't know whether the water can be drunk or not but there is water, Room shower water heater There is also a hot shower, there is also normal cold water. The TV also has clear pictures, clean sound and access to TV broadcasts is also clear and quite a lot. The rooms are clean & smell good, bath soap is available but there's no toothpaste or shampoo but that's okay. Access around the area is good, near the BRI ATM, also close to Indomaret, so if you want anything it's easy. BRI & Indomaret ATMs are just across the road, just a short walk to get there. WIFI is okay and smooth. Access to Reddorz can be from the front door of the optics or from next to the optics alley, but it is still in the same building as the optics. For a deposit fee of 100 thousand, the waiter is also friendly. Security is also there so it's safe. That's great, next time if you want to have a staycation, this USU area is really suitable as a place for a staycation. Only minus the parking, there is one in front of the shophouse, but because I didn't bring a vehicle, I don't know, it's just guarded by security.

the room is very dirty,the bed is not really clean.The pillowcases have lots of saliva and dust on them.There are too many regulations for a hotel like that.Only one television broadcast,lots of dust everywhere.The water heater is not good,this hotel needs improvement for such an expensive price. THAT...is very,very minus

Entry is from the side alley of optics. Anyway, it's still 1 rd building with the same optics. As for the size of the room, it's not very spacious, maybe those of you who like spacious rooms will not like it here. Because the room is barely there, but it's okay for me, the room is clean. Bed sheets, towels etc. are clean. But only soap is provided, no toothpaste and toothpaste. Suitable for hiding alone, I really like it here because the TV is full of channels. There is also a TV for those who like Korean films. the channel is really complete. Then there are snacks in the room too, but buy them. The only downside that I see is parking, there's no parking space, so you park in front of the optics, right on the side of the road. But there is security guarding it.

poor sanity. the towels and bedding are shabby. the bathroom's not clean, no toothpaste, shampoo, and soap provided. the hotel balcony was disgusting when we arrived. there was black liquid spilled all over the floor. the room description is not suitable. when I asked the staff about it, she told me that's just it is. And really not helpful with our complain and luggage, not showing all the room facilities. no tub and cupboard. Really not worth the money.

This place is so noisy and dirty. Unfortunately we had to stay here before boarding our bus to Kutacane because it was close by. The staff are really sweet, but speak absolutely no English (which is fine) but the Internet is very bad so using Google translate is really tough. I found a mouldy packet of food in our room and the sheets looked like they needed a hot wash. Stay here if you must, but bring ear buds and be ready to brave the grime.
