My Honest Review.I stayed on July 7 2024 because I had just returned from a trip and chose to stay for a while. I chose a double bed room and got it on the 3rd floor.• Accommodation (7/10)- The condition of the building is quite well maintained.The wall paint is still clean and there are no spots on the front building.- Cleanliness in the building is quite clean. Not too dirty, but the cleanliness of the ceramic floors could be given more attention. The building is also well ventilated and not hot.- The parking lot is quite spacious. It can fit up to 4 cars and the motorbike parking lot is quite spacious. The parking lot is not clean (perhaps it could be cleaned more so there isn't too much rubbish).- There doesn't seem to be any security on guard.- Friendly receptionist. Explained well. For reservations I used RedDoorz. The application totaled IDR 163 thousand. When I wanted to check in, there was an additional fee of 20,000. The total was IDR 180,000. There was no deposit fee. The receptionist said that they had asked for an update price to Reddoorz but it hasn't been implemented yet. Overall, with a price of around 160 thousand + 20 thousand additional fees, it's quite worth it for this accommodation.- Easy check-in and check-out experience. Just 5 minutes and all processes are complete.- Enough amneties. Get 2 bath towels in clean, good condition, odorless and 2 small toothbrushes and toothpaste. Don't get soap and shampoo.• Room (7.5/10)- Good, clean and doesn't smell musty. The wall paint doesn't have spots and doesn't peel.- All the furniture is still functioning and has no smell. TV broadcasts are complete, shower, toilet and sink are functioning well. Hot shower water is functioning well.- The bed is soft. The blanket is cleaned well. There are no spots and no musty smell. My only condition is that the front divan at the head is a little wobbly. The condition of the pillow is not too soft. Maybe it can be replaced because there is not enough Dacron. The curtain supports on the small window are good. slanted(maybe it can be repaired for small details).- There is a balcony to look out.The downside is that it's not clean, there's a lot of ash, and there are spots where rainwater has come in.-Less soundproof.While in the room, the sound from the corridor could still be heard. So it was a little uncomfortable because the noise from outside could still be heard.Overall from my review. Maybe the inn can improve the small details a little to make the guest's stay more enjoyable. I recommend staying at this inn if your budget is limited.OVERALL RATING: 8/10Would recommend to come back again.

Nice room, cleanBut my advice is don't be noisy at night!!! In the middle of the night there was a man knocking on my room. It wasn't very comfortable. If you check out late, you'll be charged 1 day's fee, that's it, guys and girls are free to come in and out. It's really noisy at night!! In the future, please fix it again, AND DON'T BE NOZY

Clean, comfortable, no vehicle noise.Everything fits.How come 1 hot water outlet is not active, or is it damaged?

The definition of clean is just the towels and bed covers.The floor is dusty, there are cockroaches and mice in the room, the toilet sometimes smellsThe AC is cold, sometimes there is a water heater, sometimes not.It seems like there are several non-husband and wife couples staying here.
