A hotel with some amazing and some horrible features.Pros: great view, spacious and well maintained room, beautiful landscaping.P.s. in the early morning, shower water was a bit cold and the weather was cold so it didn’t help much.Cons: terrible, terrible food. I can’t see myself staying here for more than a night just because I can’t bear eating food here for more than a day. Carbonara and many other dishes had almost no saltiness. Soto had too much msg taste. Many staffs don’t speak even basic English. And I can’t just ignore as a Korean that bibimbap was under Chinese menu.Another issue was that there was a small poster on the table advertising “local natural wine” which sounded like the wine was made by themselves. Not only the wine wasn’t brewed locally but also it wasn’t natural. It happened to be a cheap box wine from Bali. I tried to find whether it was natural but I couldn’t find that piece of information on the box or on the website.P.s. they tried to make up by apologizing in person when checking out. So I can at least sense that they care.

The views are fantastic, the air is very cool and clean. But quite expensive for the room rate. And if you want to go to your room or to a restaurant, it's quite tiring if you don't take the transportation provided by the resort. If you want to take this transportation, you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes, or when someone happens to bring guests, they pass in front of the room. There is no room service so you can order food to your room. For dinner you have to book first using a package. If you want a la carte, the restaurant is very far from your room and only opens from 6 pm.

A hotel that is not worth visiting for a family holiday because not all of the outbound facilities can be used, the feeding rabbits are zonk, the zonk labyrinth, let alone the othersnever mind the price is expensive, the welcome drink is wasteful, I just came in because I asked for a recommendation for a budget friendly room.Got a deluxe room priced at 3.2 million/night with 2 extra beds which were forced into a small room, even though what's wrong with suggesting 2 rooms for a total of that price so we don't become like refugees.Water is like tea, it's not clear, at least filter it first so it's a little clear.Bad experience for staycation at this hotelWe are disappointed, brother
