New hotel, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff, even if they don't speak English, are very kind and helpful. They provide bicycles. We loved it.

Nice quiet place, recently built structure with welcoming rooms, a little far from the center but with transport it's not a problem if you want bicycles are provided and with a nice cycle path along the Mekong you can easily reach the center. To return.

Even the hotels are cheap and very new. But the service is different from other hotels with the same price. The management system is very bad. You may have to wait a long time to get a room. Because it is operated as a family Having the elderly take care of them caused communication problems and delays. Stayed for 2 nights and didn't bring water to replenish. There was no refill of tissue paper, so you had to buy and put it in yourself. Importantly, there were a lot of insects and ants in the room. Got bitten all night and had to move to sleep on the sofa. Poor quality sheets and bedding. I felt like it was irritating to my skin. Very disappointed. Saw in the picture that the hotel looked good. But overall it's not okay at all.
