Amazing resort right on the banks of the Mekong. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, and our view over the Mekong was perfect. A very relaxing atmosphere at the cafe and pool area. The food was amazing (the carbonara was delicious). The location for us was perfect, about a 5-minute drive from town. Definitely recommend staying here.

Riverside school, but the building is not next to the waterfront. Looking from the room, you can see the view of the Mekong River. The room is spacious and clean.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this resort. They took great care of me as I have a mobility disability, provided ramps for the small step up into the room. The rooms are a good size also. The pool and the grounds are beautiful especially being right beside the river. My only wish would have been that the food was hotter that's all. Overall we loved our stay and would go back again.

Went to stay in August '24.Beautiful accommodation, new, clean, has car parking. But it's not next to the walking street. It may not be convenient for people who don't have their own cars. But it felt quiet. Not too busy. Went on a weekday. Very good (I saw reviews saying the room is not soundproof. But when we went there weren't many customers. Arrange rooms in a room-by-room basis. So I rarely have a problem with sound.)Book a normal room. The room is clean, on the 4th floor of the building in the picture, with a beautiful view, overlooking the swimming pool and the Mekong River, cool air conditioning, complete with amenities. The room is not too small, not too big. The bathroom is clean, no musty smell. Separate wet and dry zones, large mirrorBreakfast is included in the room price. Open for service from 7-10 a.m. We woke up late at 9 a.m. and things started to run low. Most of them are Thai food. There are fried eggs and ham, some hot dogs, salad, corn flakes, bread, tea, coffee, and small bowls of wet rice (kuay jap) to eat. Very delicious. I like it. But a little too cold 🤣 Overall, I'm impressed. Anyone who wants to go to Chiang Khan but doesn't want to stay in a wooden accommodation. You can try staying here. ❤️❤️❤️

Bad employees The blanket was soiled but was exchanged for check-in and came back 300 baht even though it wasn't the customer's fault. The only and last time to stay at this hotel. The hotel is quite large and doesn't look like this at all. Bad code. Bad code. Bad code.

The room is very clean. The view from the room and restaurant overlooks the river. The view is very good. Breakfast is ok. But if we increase the number of food types a little, that would be good.And I would like to praise the staff members for helping the guests very well.

Located on the riverbanks with beautiful views. It's a 20 minute walk to town. In April, the resort was almost deserted and very quiet.

The reception staff provided very good service. The rooms were quite new, clean, fragrant, next to the Mekong River. Breakfast was diverse. All in all, very good.

Very nice new cozy room.Great bed and pillows.Nice and clean pool well maintained gardens and propertiesHuge parking lots.The downside is away from walking street but it's not a problem the staff helps arrange sidecar-bike taxi which costs 30 Baht per person and it's 5 mins away.I would like to come back here again.
