Not recommended if you value a clean bed and interaction with other travelers!I booked one night in this hostel because I read reviews that it was supposed to be very clean. Unfortunately, this was not the case.I was completely alone in this hostel, no other guests, no employees. A bit scary and strange, but I could have come to terms with it. I was allowed to choose a bed in the 12-bed dormitory. The room smelled very strongly of sweat. Unfortunately, every single bed was dirty with various stains (blood, white spots, sweat and various others) and hair and smelled strongly after multiple uses. Each capsule had its own strong smell of people who must have already slept in the bedding. I reported the problem to the operator via WhatsApp and asked them to give me fresh bed linen. I was supposed to send photos and he consulted with his staff, who swore that everything was washed. This was definitely not the case! The only thing that was washed in this hostel were (at least) the towels. He offered me to cancel, which unfortunately wasn't an option for me. Luckily I had a sleeping bag with me, but I felt very uncomfortable. Toilets weren't clean either.It's all very strange. The money should be placed on the bed and then apparently someone will collect it after check out.It's a shame, the hostel had the potential to be really nice.

Worst motel I've been to. Disgusting toilets: one was broken, one was extremely dirty and no one had toilet paper. The dormitory was very hot the first night and very cold the second night. The capsules were too small and only had one hook that was broken. The cupboard could not be locked and the mattress had toothpaste on it

Beautiful hostel! One of the nicest I've stayed in. AC works well. Locked cubbies in each bunk to store valuables. I also personally love the thick blankets!! So rare in Indonesia. It is self check in but the staff are very responsive via whatsapp. Great price too.

The place is amazing, it’s very comfortable, cozy and clean. It has all the facilities I think are needed in a hostel, and it’s very affordable. Right now is a self check in place so it may be a bit weird but once you understand how it works is just perfect. The owner and I spoke over whatsapp and he helped me with everyhing I needed, about transportation, food… he even explained me that the place used to have many activities and a cafe but since Covid it had to stop (although he is planning to get back on it). Such a good experience. Thank you!

We didn't know it was a self check-in hostel, we didn't get a message about it. So we stood for a closed door without a code. On the door you can find a wifi network, but it doesn't exist. We were happy that on the other side of the road there is a very good coffee shop (I can really recommend it, Riche brew) with wifi so we could contact staff from the hostel and come in. If we would have arrived later and the coffeeshop were closed, I wouldn't know what we had to do then. Later I read it was also written in more reviews, but it looks like the owner doesn't do anything about it.Also the hostel is very boring. Everything is empty, there is no atmosphere in the hostel. We were really disappointed. There is no window in the room and there was not enough toiletpapier

The AC didn't feel cold at all and the WIFI suddenly turned off, even though the cellphone signal was weak in the building. It's quite annoying if there is work that requires an internet connection that suddenly needs to be completed. Without security or staff on standby, the security of this place is a bit doubtful. Not recommended.

Great and beautiful hostel. Unfortunately there weren't many guests there during my time, but that's probably less due to the hostel and more to do with the city itself. :)It is a self check-in hostel. After booking online, the crew will send you all the important information via Whatsapp. So it makes sense if you book in advance.

My friend and I loved this hostel. The check-in process is so toward thinking and the bed was sensational. Super hot water, free green tea and spectacularly clean. Kitchen area even has a small Bluetooth speaker to connect your Spotify tunes. Life is good and this hostel is brilliant. Many thanks for the exceptional hospitality!

Amazing hostel. Superb clean bed with great privacy. Nice kitchen area with kettle. Super close to great food and only a Grab away from anything which is ultra cheap. Phenomenal looking design space.
