Most of the staff do not know English, cleaning the terrace after breakfast only the next day, the ceiling of our bathroom was constantly dripping water on the floor. You could rent a scooter cheaply and easily.

Very nice small one-room apartment villas for two people (also suitable with children) Clean and comfortable. The shower half open. Sources of water in the room (gallon). Very nice beach, clean and coral reef right for snorkeling. Sandy beach. Clean. Sunbeds in front of the beach and always free.Just walk along the street and try Amed's fish specialties in the warung. (local small restaurants)

More than adequate 3 star resort. Good value. Large rooms. Simple but adequate breakfast. Snorkeling gear available. Snorkeling area a short distance along the beach. Beach front pool and sun lounges on the beach.

A good place to stay for peace and quiet, snorkelling, and beach / pool.Our room was clean (and cleaned daily), staff were helpful and friendly, it’s right on the beach so you can walk there at sunrise or go for a swim / snorkel anytime. There are no boats parked on the beach in front of the hotel so that’s a plus. The snorkelling was good - in front there’s a reef, then to the right there’s a sandy area with seagrass where you can see turtles. If you continue swimming to the right near the end of the bay, the coral is even nicer and there are many tropical fish.There are several basic restaurants and warungs within walking distance of the hotel but it’s quite far from the main village and plentiful restaurants/ cafes of Amed. But this means it’s much quieter and more peaceful!My only suggestion for improvement would be to install some fans in the restaurant area which gets quite hot.

Very nice hotel on the beach with free deckchair.The restaurant lacks a little more cleanliness which is a shame because the welcome is superb.Beautiful room with large bed, fridge, shower outside.Important a little far from the busy center and complicated to find a grab or gojek car (there are 4 of us) preferred the scooter

The place is very beautiful and peacefulThe staff are very friendly and kind and the service is very good. The breakfast is simple but great we enjoyed everything. We attended one night with a guitar player and a singer on the hotel, just like a friendly night and a wonderful night between friends. There is a beautiful private beach, we attended the sunrise every day. The staff helped us in our trip plans for the other two days. The manager Adi speaks English very well and supports and facilitates any request. The hospitality in this hotel is remarkable. It is recommended for those looking for quiet and peaceful places.We definitely are going back again to it.

Avoid this resort at ALL costs! After a three hour ride on the worst roads I've ever been on from the airport I arrive to resort to find is in a very bad area, no water in sink, room full of bugs as the doors don't shut tight, to say breakfast is included is an overstatement, beach is about a block long to commercial fishing area, sand was black like soaked with crude oil or something, sand sticks to your feet, covered in rocks, garbage, tree branches, etc. Couldn't walk on the street as there's wild dogs everywhere barking and snarling. The website pictures of this place taken in such a way that the bad things aren't shown. I foolishly paid ahead of time for two weeks and after two days I couldn't stand it anymore and had to leave. After repeated requests the owner would not refund even part of my payment.

This accommodation is horrible. HEEverything is dirty and disgusting. The beach and the beach are neglected. Cleanliness should not be a matter of money. We will never go here again
