Our room number 8, away from everything, smelled terrible as well as being dirty and inaccessible, the bathroom was full of hair and none of them had air conditioning, which is essential in Bali. When we entered the room it had a terrible smell, I realized that the room 7 was free they had finished the cleaning well cleaning to say the least because if they cleaned it like ours... when I saw that it was free I told them they couldn't change our room they told us no, obviously because they do everything and I told them yes please can you give us an air freshener to which they also tell us no... that is to say, terrible treatment. At night you have to turn on your phone's flashlight to get to the room, the staff is not very flexible, they don't bother to help you in the least, the feeling is that they don't care. We stayed for 2 nights and then changed accommodation for a third night because they did not have availability, but after the third night we returned to their establishment. We asked them if we could leave our suitcases so they could store them for us since we were returning in 1 day and they told us that Yes, to our surprise the suitcases were left outside all night in the restaurant, which is all open and people come in from both the street and the villas, with no responsibility for our belongings. We contracted the transfer and tickets to go to the Gili Islands with them, the price was 1,700k much more expensive than purchasing it independently, we left the Villa at 7 in the morning, they told us that they made breakfast for us to take away and we They gave it from 8 in the afternoon to eat it the next day... the breakfast, without meaning to offend, is embarrassing.
