I've stayed here twice with a toddler and baby, it's comfortable and safe and under control. I just want to say thank you very much to the staff here who are very helpful and responsive (especially the restaurant staff, their performance is really top notch). Thanks for making our holiday remarkable❤️

It was a bit confusing because the location is in, but it turns out the service is good, especially the food, Soto Betawi, fried bananas and herbal medicine, you must try it if you come here.

I came back here and was given the same room again as I had complained about the air conditioner in room 210 a month ago and there had been no repairs. Please really note that if I come back here I don't want to get room 210 again and again because the AC here is still hot!Good hotel, good price, good facilities. Please, the receptionist must stand by according to hotel standards. During the day, the receptionist doesn't have to call first, at night too. It's like I like to pull it out. You should stand by, don't leave the table empty if there are no guests.

An extraordinary stay at Kinaralana Hotel with luxurious, comfortable and clean rooms. all the employees are also friendly and extraordinarily helpful, from the sales on behalf of Ms. Dinda who is friendly and informative, then from the staff from Ms. Dinda who is very friendly and the staff from the restaurant on behalf of Mas Amir with the extraordinary service I received, followed by the service from Ms. Hilda and Mas Iwan is very fast and friendly. Plus extraordinary room service from Mas Noval and Mas Budi.thank you kinaralana for providing the best staying experience I have ever had...hopefully it will be even more extraordinary in the future

The hotel is waoooo really......it's really great bt the room, the playana, the morning snacks are sooooooooooooooo, this time I felt like I had a different breakfast.......the parking area is also spacious, even a large SHD type bus can enter. .....

Had a pretty rough time staying here for the first time:1. The room. The AC? Hardly any fan settings, just two options, and even the lowest one blows way too strong. Super uncomfortable when you're sitting near the mini-bar.2. The breakfast isn’t all-you-can-eat, so the extra cost, around 200k is stupidly high for just some à la carte stuff. Even the butter is hidden in the kitchen—you gotta ask for it!3. For the same price, there are way better hotels out there with way better service.Honestly, I’m probably not staying here again."
