Big disappointment when arriving at Tanto Villa in Sidemen. Although the hotel is well located, we can only give a negative opinion on this establishment. Indeed, upon arrival we are greeted by a group of young Balinese who have very little English and with whom we will have difficulty communicating throughout our stay, that is to say two days. No adult in sight or responsible. We couldn't have done more. The hotel certainly has a nice view, the gardens are beautiful but in places there is rubbish. The buildings have an Indonesian style which is still pleasant but that stops there. For everything else, it seems that the establishment was abandoned, everything is dilapidated and poorly maintained. In our room and those of our children the paper is torn off, the paint and woodwork are decomposing (eaten by moths?), in the door of our children's bathroom there are several holes. The toilet leaks as well as the bathtub. The children after having showered notice that the water from the bathtub is flooding the bathroom. If the bedding isn't too bad. On the other hand, stains are present on the sheets,Wi-Fi is almost non-existent, but that's not the worst part. The roof of the bedroom of our children who sleep on the second floor is dotted with holes which are commonly sealed with large white canvases.In the morning although we had booked with breakfast, nothing was planned, the young people seemed lost. After checking on their part (apparently they didn't believe us) they brought us a tray with cold scrambled eggs, cakes and sandwich bread as well as salted butter and jam. It was frugal but then again it wasn't the worst. The first day we were treated to closed bottles of water, the second to a carafe of water without knowing its origin...In reality I don't understand why this hotel is classified 3 stars?I also don't understand why the last reviews date back to 2016? Even ifWe only met very few people, two exactly who like us did not want to stay there any longer and made the same remarks about the dilapidation of the establishment. I imagine that other people like us have stayed there since 2016 and were able to see the state of this hotel.I hope that my opinion will be maintained on Google because it is unacceptable that people who come to Bali and who pay for a certain level of service find themselves in this situation. I don't even know if it was up to standard. In short, you will have understood that I do not recommend the Tanto Villa in any way.

Nice view but the toilet did not work

Nice place to stay...to forget how busy we are, it has infinity pool straight to the valley. Service of bpk ketut is amazing....
