The price does not match the service. The TV doesn't turn on. The toilet water is cloudy. I've upgraded from standard to Suite, still the same. Finally, I immediately checked out because I couldn't get a refund either. 🤦♂️

Very bad hotel, cigarette butts, corridors are strewn everywhere...rooms, counters, bedsheets smell musty, toilets are yellow, lots of mold, slippery, cloudy, smelly water, plus stap like dogs. Unfriendly and impolite. Room prices are expensive. Safety wise. Prone to many people getting carsick. Jailin, don't stay at this hotel. This hotel is not suitable for use and is expensive. The hotel is rundown and added to being stap like a dog. It's not polite

This hotel is really crazy, it's really dirty, the rooms are stuffy, smell musty, the water smells cloudy, the smell of iron, the toilet is very dirty, under the mattress there is a lot of rubbish and used k**d**, suspicious of those who give 5 star reviews, the owner and the brothers who own it 😄, where is it comfortable, it's really dirty, asked by all the workers there then everyone was confused when they complained, SEVERE

The bathroom water smells, the toilet button is stuck, the toilet is clogged, lots of spiders, the sheets are smelly, the bathroom door is broken, there's no action to repair it, instead it's silent, think about it again. If you want to stay here, it's not really comfortable.

With this price, it really works, the place is really nice, the staff is friendly and responsive, the front office is 24 hours a day, especially the front office, which is called Revan, the most friendly staff, really nice and really polite, in my opinion the other staff are also friendly, thank you
