Sorry to give 3 stars, the cleanliness is really poor, there are lots of dirt on the stairs, it's really dusty too. the kitchen is dirty, the bathroom is also dirty, the upstairs shower cannot be used, the water is directed towards the wall. Then the closet doesn't know why water is coming out from under it😭. please improve the cleanliness. the villa guard is quite friendly. every room smells damp, and the sheets make it itchy.

The tenant advertises a 4 bedroom villa. However, it turns out, this villa only has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-sized beds (160 x200). However, apart from the queen bed, there are 2 sofa beds and 2 extra beds on the ground floor and 2 extra beds on the top floor.The condition of the villa is "as clean as possible". It's best to hire a professional house cleaner to make it cleaner, especially in the kitchen (where food is processed) and the bathroom. Each bed is covered with a blanket. However, the bed sheets were still dusty and there was a little hair. I really appreciate Mr. Cepi and the tenant admin because they were willing to replace all the bed sheets with new ones after we asked.The kitchen is behind the house (semi-outdoor). Cooking and eating utensils are very complete. There is also a rice cooker, toaster, dispenser (hot and cold water works), and refrigerator. The cleanliness of this area really needs attention because there was thick dirt in the dishwasher and I saw mice there.The water heater in the lower bathroom works, but not in the 2 upper bathrooms. The tap water pressure in the upper sink is weak. However, the shower water pressure in the two upper bathrooms is strong.Overall the price offered is quite cheap for a house of this size and if there are many people staying (the renter does not ask how many people will stay). However, because the hygiene conditions are below my standards, I do not recommend staying here.

The homestay of choice for those who want to walk around Garut city and its surroundings, affordable prices, overall the place is nice, strategic, lots of snack places, clean, quite comfortable, the owner and guards are friendly and helpfull... a little advice for around the kitchen there is a bit of a leak, The water in the pool near the hut is very murky and green, it can be repaired... thanks

The house is clean & spacious, the furniture inside is also clean, the outside yard can park 4 cars (1 car outside the fence); lots of soft sofas in the house,The family room on the 1st floor has TV, karaoke, internet TV & free wifi facilities.The 2nd floor family room also provides a soft & large sofa👍There are 1 bathroom downstairs, 2 upstairs, there is a water heater👍😁.Springbed & pillows are clean & comfortable to sleep on.Extra mattresses are also provided.The best for Homestay Pildacil👍For those touring by motorbike, across the alley there is a motorbike laundry & detailing salon with cheap quality prices👍, the motorbike can still be shiny👍

The place is really homey, very spacious enough to fit a large family, there is hot water, you can sing karoke, Netflix, internet, there is a complete kitchen, microwave, there are even 2 additional fans, you can also get an extra bed, 2 sofas in the living room as well as a sofa bed so it can function for you. Yes, there's also a carpet, it's really comfortable! The view is also good right under the mountain, lots of green rice fields, the minimarket is also very close, just walk. Overall, it's okay and highly recommended, but it feels like it would be more complete if there was a pool, you would definitely feel more at home. The mam who looks after the house is also friendly and very helpful, you can also call a masseuse because we are traveling a long way from Jogja. Anyway, great!! Highly recommend!!

The place is spacious, comfortable and the view is good, between mountains and rice fields, the price is right in your pocket. There is a swimming pool, but it's still damaged and hasn't been repaired... there are also karaoke facilities.
