The staff's service was very poor. We notified us of moving out at the beginning of August, but the staff had us write in the moving form that it was at the end of September. When the moving out day arrived at the end of August, we had only stayed more than 7 days and deducted the money accordingly. Normally, we would just return the room key and move out, but the staff made us wait for the room security deposit for another month in advance, meaning we would get it in October, which is a very long time, extremely late, and then said it would be returned on the 15th, then we would have to Wait another half month. The service is really terrible. Waiting for a month for the deposit to be paid back. Whoever is moving here, I recommend that it be somewhere else.

We are in arrears for the room payment which we have already arranged for a payment date, but they lock the room for what?? And if I want to go in and get important documents in this room, do I have to break the door myself?? My boyfriend's motorcycle was parked in front of the entrance building, usually in the morning and in the evening the car fell. The caretaker and the security guard didn't help at all but just looked on. Plus the electricity bill is very expensive, not worth the room price at all.(Whoever wants to stay here, think carefully. It's very bad.)

Too bad the chips were gone. Both employees have no manners throughout the whole community. The fitness center upstairs is really bad. The washing machine sucks and doesn't help at all. 6,000 is money. It is considered a lot of money. What we want, what we have to get is the room price of 6,000. It's not a washing machine that's broken and can't be used, or a 300-point fitness network that's rusty. It's disgusting. Is 6,000 baht asking for this too much? If it's too much to rent a room for 4,000 a month, I won't be able to leave. If I leave, where will I go? The insurance fee won't be free for sure.

Whoever is watching, think carefully. The parking lot is full of cars. It's not enough. Around the outside, some cars have locks on their necks, some are open to prevent theft. Sometimes I'm embarrassed to take a car. Can't take the car out? There was no one to take care of me. I couldn't find a security guard or an employee. The only thing that stood out was the matter of fines for cars parked overnight. (P.S. Those who don't know, just get caught. Even though I'm actually staying here), as for the entrance and exit doors, when the power goes out and I have to go to work some days, it's late. For anyone thinking of going to stay, think carefully. Niti, the manager, is very bad. We owe 1400 baht for the room and threaten to cut off the electricity. Then we come and say that our room fee exceeds the deposit. How can it be more than that? Since we have already paid more than the room fee. Half of them don't even have the right to cut off our electricity. 1400 is our deposit of 7350 minus 1400. How do they add that it's more than the cost of the room? What's most confusing is that we're stuck helping a bankrupt company with all the evidence and still not helping us. The fine is 100 baht per day. If it's our rent, if we pay, we'll tell you to think carefully after going in. When making the contract, everything is good. After service, it's important because I'm too hungry for money.
