It was a reasonable price, so there's no point in complaining, but I was in a hurry because there were no toothbrushes, no hand towels, and no slippers. Also, a small cockroach is wandering around. Also, I was in trouble because the room cleaning time was in the evening.

A hotel full of Indian flavor. The waiters and front desk customer service are also Indians. The waiters are attentive and polite. They checked in at around 12 o'clock and got the room. Taxis are parked in front of the hotel for a long time to pick up passengers. They cannot get off directly at the hotel entrance. The hotel sign is not obvious, and it takes time to find the way after getting off the bus. The hotel is conveniently located, opposite a large new shopping mall, and surrounded by a series of Thai and Indian restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores. At night, the streets are lined with mobile food trucks, and exchange shops and BTS can also be reached in a few minutes. The hotel is not a four-star hotel. It is poorly maintained and dilapidated. There is a restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness room. The rooms are not small. Coffee, milk tea and bottled water are provided in the room. The toilet has an old and inoperable electric toilet seat. The shower head is mounted on the wall and it is inconvenient to take a shower, shower liquid and shampoo. The water is from the ditch, the soap smells like labor soap, the towels provided are off-white and dirty, the sheets and pillows are also stained, the wooden hangers for hanging clothes can only be placed in the original wardrobe and cannot be moved to other places. Ventilation bit.

A decent hotel considering its price.I'll declare it ahead: this isn't a four-star hotel. At its prime it could've been two-star, but during our stay I could definitely say it's one-star at best. But that does't mean it was a bad accommodation. It's okay for a cheap hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In my opinion, the best thing about this hotel is its location; EmSphere, a mall with a very, very huge and fascinating food court is literally right across the street in front of the hotel. It's near two convenience stores and a walking distance from a branch of SuperRich currency exchange. It's also about 8-minute walk each to the nearest BTS/MRT stations, which is pretty covenient given the horrible traffic in this part of Bangkok.Good things about this hotel:- location- spacious room- assistive staffSome things to note if you're planning to book this hotel:1. Weird plumbing design of the bathroomFor some reason the design of the bathroom is such that water leaks outside the bath tub no matter how much you try to use the curtains as cover. We tried placing towels to stop the leak but we gave up around Day 3 and just accepted the whole bathroom floor (including the front of the sink and below the toilet seat) is meant to be wet.2. The room cleaning service can sometimes be very delayedThere were two days when we left around 8am in the morning, went back around 5pm in the afternoon and the room still hasn't been cleaned, despite hanging out the sign indicating we wanted the daily room cleaning service.3. The hotel is oldLike other reviewers have said, the photos in the listings in Agoda etc. are pretty old. The rooms do not look as pristine, and you just know it has been some time before the hotel was last renovated.Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a budget hotel downtown. Nothing too bad that may significantly affect your stay here in Bangkok.
