The rooms are really dated. The bathroom is old, has seen a lot of repairs and the shower is not high enough. The mattresses are with springs and uncomfortable. The general atmosphere is also from a few centuries ago. Ceilings are low in the hallways and the wifi is unstable. The view from the room is gorgeous.

There were many people on YouTube who posted videos about staying at this hotel on HIS package tour, so I used it as a reference. The room is spacious and has a bathtub. It's freshly renovated, so it's beautiful, but it's so cheap. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights and they cleaned the room every day. The freshly made omelet for breakfast was delicious and I ate it every day. The fruits, coffee, and Belovo Pad Thai were delicious. But! The broccoli was tasteless. It's far from Saphan Taksin station, but there are buses and boats so it's not a problem. You can go to a massage parlor for 120 baht an hour in about 15 minutes on foot, and Asian Antique Big C is a 10-minute walk away. You can go there by bus No. 1 to Yaowarat, Siam, MBK No. 15, or Lumpini Park No. 17. I think I will stay there again next time.

I used it at HIS. From the airport, I called a taxi using Grab. I stayed there for 2 days. It was nice to have a 7-Eleven and Asian Market nearby. Amenities include a pot, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, etc., but there is no microwave. I rented two rooms with Wi-Fi, but one room had no connection and the other had only a moderate connection, so it seems to be a hit or miss. Personally, I was worried about the wind pressure of the dryer, but perhaps because the voltage is basically higher than in Japan, the wind was strong even though it was small. The water pressure in the bathroom was also good. It seems that the air conditioner is famous for being strong, but you can turn it on/off and adjust the intensity to 3 levels using the button next to the bed, so if you set it to the lowest setting, it didn't bother you that much. Please clean if staying for more than 2 nights. It's a great idea to put out a tag like this when you go out so you can get your towels exchanged for new ones. The staff greeted me in the morning and seemed like very nice people. The breakfast had a flavor that was easy to eat, probably because there were many Japanese people. Personally, the fries were very delicious, so please try them when you go. I visited for sightseeing purposes, and I made a reservation on a ride-hailing app to come to my hotel the next morning, and was able to go to Ayutthaya and Wat Pho. I feel like if I use a ride-hailing app, I can go anywhere even if it's in a bad location lol. I wrote this for a long time, but I hope it will be helpful for future visitors. Enjoy!

It may be a good place to enjoy Asiatique and downtown street food stalls, but it's not a good place to go if you're looking for luxury. There is also a pool and a small gym, making it a hotel suitable for long-term stays and on a low budget. The front staff was very friendly and the breakfast porridge was delicious.

The room is quite old, the mattress is quite old, the sheets still have holes, the quilt is a blanket wrapped in white cloth, the bathroom is about 15 years ago, the drainage of both the sink and the bathtub is very poor, the air conditioner is very cold and difficult to adjust We stayed on the 11th floor and the view was very nice. Nothing else was particularly good. The breakfast was average, at least it was edible.

The air conditioner is great and cool.Cost-effective hotelEven in BangkokIcon Siam, Asian Tique, etc.Stores targeting touristsIt is similar or more expensive than Korea.Always go to local restaurants. There are many local restaurants near the hotel.Or, get it delivered via Grab. It's delicious, refreshing, and comfortable to eat.Accommodation is satisfactory. For locations other than Asian Teak, you have to use Grab. It's okay except for the location. The river view is also nice.Breakfast is small but not included.
