Maybe because the place is a bit uphill, it has a really cold aura. The rooms are like a halfway house, so it's really cool for those with a family.

When my parents stayed over last September 19, they were very disappointed. Because, when we arrived at the hotel at 23.00 the fence was closed, the horns had been honked and no one had come out. It turned out that the hotel staff & security were not there, so in the end they had to open it themselves. After looking at the room, the hot water didn't work, the flush didn't work, there was no trash can, the hotel towels weren't suitable, and only 1 toothbrush was given even though the room was for 2 people.Until the morning, it turned out that there was not a single hotel or security officer. So my parents felt a little afraid because in a very quiet place, no one was looking after them. My parents (at that time) were the only guests staying.Overall, it wasn't a good experience at all, and we would say it was really terrible. My parents stayed here to rest and what they were given was disappointing. Reddoorz here is (so far) the most disappointing. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

The facilities at this accommodation are not satisfactory. Wifi doesn't work well. In my villa, the wifi signal doesn't reach. Only part of the villa has a wifi signal. Hot water didn't work for several days of stay. Even though the staff checked, hot water still didn't come out. In the middle of the night, sometimes water doesn't come out of the tap. The shower hose connection in the bathroom is leaking. The pipe connection to the toilet for filling the toilet water tank is leaking. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom. No tissue is provided in the toilet as a cleaning tool. There are no trash cans in the villa. Trash cans are only available outside the Villa. The swimming pool is not clean. For the cost of staying IDR 653,000 for 2 nights (using Agoda), the quality of the infrastructure is less than satisfactory. Subscription TV channels available (Fox Movies, etc.). However, for me cable TV is not very useful. Because you only use the villa as a place to rest. Hopefully these deficiencies will be corrected. So, I can stay again comfortably.

Not bad, because this place is close to tourist attractions so if you don't want to get stuck in traffic, you can stay here too, it's just a shame that in cold places the hot water doesn't work.
