The toilet couldn't be flushed, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, the toilet handle was broken, the TV had problems, towels weren't provided. Rooms are ok, no AC. Bad signal. It's better to sleep in the car.

The service is bad, the room doesn't have a TV, there's no AC, order via the application there should be drinking water, towels and soap but when you get there the room already has cockroaches and the facilities that are said to be complete are empty and there's no free internet, even though when you get there you just want to check the room but Same with the service, even if you click the check in button so you can't refund and we ask why when you click check in the waiter pretends not to hear and we ask why the TV and all the facilities that are used are not available. All the waiter's answers are OK, just accept fate, I really feel cheated and the price is also quite expensive compared to other accommodation because I stayed near there, it was cheaper, more comfortable and had complete facilities, so I really regret staying here.

The location is quite comfortable because it is far from the crowds and on the side of the road. Traffic is also not too busy. The room we stayed in was not comfortable, because the sink had very little water and the heating was inadequate because several rooms were used.

The TV doesn't work, the hot water doesn't work, there's no water in the toilet when I want to defecate, the bed sheets and blankets are itchy like they haven't been changed. Ah, basically it's a bit disappointing, but the service is good, the receptionist is friendly, the parking area is spacious.

The group went there with PKK mothers. I made a reservation 2 days in advance but when we got there the room and bathroom were still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The mattress had not been fitted with sheets and the warm water was not working. Disappointing
