@kartikalodgeSo guys, the experience of staying one night here was really memorable for me. From the first arrival we were immediately greeted by the barking of the lodge's guard dog, Milo; Accompanied by a friendly greeting from Kang Zaki, the man in charge there. As soon as you entered the Kartika lodge, you immediately felt the aura of home, you met the owner of the lodge, Kang Aldo. They are hosts who like to chat and are very friendly. After the five of us put down our equipment, we were immediately served a warm drink called "kaskara" which is tea made from coffee. Are you confused? Same 😂😂The weather is not too cold even after it rains and in the mountainous areas too, around 22°C at night, a bit cold in the early morning. While staying at @kartikalodge, we also ordered a barbecue package and immediately grilled it ourselves in the fireplace, it tasted really good. While enjoying dinner, we were also accompanied by Kang Aldo, Kang Zaki, Teh Ratna and Teh Yuyun, sharing stories about coffee plants and the types of coffee they grow around the lodge. At 22.00, stomachs full, we continued chatting and lit a campfire in the backyard while enjoying the city lights of the Cikole area and Mount Tangkuban Parahu. At midnight, the air was starting to get cold, we went in and continued chatting happily in the lodge while enjoying body-warming drinks. After feeling tired, we broke up to rest for a while because at 05.00 in the morning we had to get up. The intention was to see the sunrise, hahaha.Just intention, I was the quickest to wake up at 5, immediately washed my face to be fresh, knocked on the other rooms, no response. Yes, I went outside to the backyard to enjoy the morning air which felt very clean.Towards 06.00 in the morning, I banged on the room again, finally there was movement, two people woke up with sullen faces because they had only slept for a while. We waited until just after 06.00, how come the sun didn't appear, even though it was already bright.Behind us who were confused, there was Zaki, who looked concerned and didn't have the heart to say, "If you want to see the sunrise, it's not here, bro, you have to walk half an hour to the east, then you can enjoy it."Buahahaha deserves to be told to wake up at 5 in the morning.Anyway, thank you once again for the super duper pleasant hosts. It's easy to go there again.
