Regent's Villa91. Recommended place for friends who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is calm, cool, quiet but nice, not far from the city. Plus, you can have different breakfasts for 2 days 🙌🏻 and it's still delicious wowwww 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Very grandma's house vibe. Comfortable for outings of 18 people. The owner is also responsive and very accommodating from before we order (allowing us to check the place first) then offers extra facilities such as bbq kit, extra bed, etc.What I didn't expect was that it already included breakfast!! It's quite cost-effective for group events like this. Breakfast on the first day was porridge and on the second day, uduk rice. And everyone really likes it because it's really delicious (even though we all have Bandung tongues which are usually picky, you know).The area around the villa is peaceful and quiet, but also not too far from civilization. You can still grabfood/gofood from the city with standard postage. In front of the villa there is a cafe that makes homemade dishes, it's really nice to order lunch there. Then, if you walk a little from the villa, there is a small shop that can brew seblak, fried foods, banana cheese, noodles and instant drinks, with comfortable seating and views of Bandung.- Villa parking is spacious, fits 2-3 cars (but shares space with another villa).- All beds are provided with blankets and pillows according to the number of pax.- The largest room is on the 2nd floor which fits 3 double beds + 2 extra beds. Perfect for bonding activities.- Bathrooms are available on each floor (2 bathrooms in total), water heater and 2-in-1 body wash are available.- Stove and all cooking utensils complete.- Prophet Adam's refrigerator, very large, complete with freezer and ice cube maker.- There is a ping pong table, and a hammock.- Smart TV with accessible Netflix, but small in size and located in the lounge room on the 2nd floor.- WIFI speed is sufficient for use when connected to 18+ devices.And most importantly:- Lots of FURRY VILLA GUARDS!!! Anabul Anabul is excited. Sometimes they reog the roof tiles, but yes, they are also called kuchink.Thank you for your kind hospitality. I fully recommend this villa for family and office outings!

the place is beautiful, nice, clean, comfortable, quiet. The owner and his staff are very friendly and kind, the favorite spot is at the dining table because it's outside so if you eat you can look at the view. the porridge breakfast is really delicious!!

Me and my 19 people group shared a comfortable stay in this comfortable 5-bedroom villa with sufficient facilities for a reasonable price! Suggestions that I can come up with is to provide a speaker set, a bigger smart tv placed in the biggest space in the villa, bigger trash cans for the toilets, and to provide automatic bathroom odor diffuser for both toilets, exhaust and better lighting for bathroom on the 1st floor.

Homey 5 bedroom villa...It's like going back to grandma's house...Because my children don't have a grandmother anymore, let's just say they go back to their grandmother's house 😄...Comfortable, family friendly, clean, the interior is classic and well arranged.The porridge breakfast is delicious. Typical Bandung porridge without sauce...The owner of Gercep was asked to help with this and that...Recommended for large families of around 15-18 people....There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, fan, simple cooking equipment.

The villa is comfortable and beautiful, it feels like being at grandma's house. The building is not very large, but it is enough for a gathering of 15 people. The owner is very kind and helpful from the check in to check out process. Breakfast and lunch here are also delicious and affordable. Highly recommended for those who want to stay with family or friends.

A nice greeny villa with good enough facilities. It has an outdoor terrace with big dining table. The house contains 2 common rooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs), 5 bedrooms which size varies between for 2-6 people, 2 bathroom and a lovely kitchen. It was a nice stay indeed.

For a family villa, this place provides real comfort. good service from the villa owner and complete facilities will make you feel at home for long in this place. the only drawback is in the parking lot. it's a bit difficult to get out if the visitor's car is busy there, for others this place is very cool.
