My cancellation request was not approved even though the hotel did not accept me to check-in because they said there was no cooperation between Agoda and the hotel. I just made the payment and went straight to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were rejected on the grounds that there was no longer any cooperation between the hotel and Agoda. So we were told to do theΒ cancellation ourselves but the application was rejected. Even though we didn't know about the hotel's new policy and Agoda no longer cooperated. Because it appeared on the Agoda application, we booked for 2 days. But in the end we were rejected and we also wanted to confirm with the hotel that we were rejected. I just asked for my funds to be returned because I felt cheated by the hotel. The following is proof of payment according to what is in the Agoda application. Because there's no way I would be interested in booking this hotel if it didn't appear on the Agoda application. If it's no longer there, please cooperate with me to delete it in the Agoda application so that no one else is fooled like me. Please help.

Facilities, cleanliness, security, comfort and friendliness of OK staff have it all. My room had an extraordinary view: straight out to sea. It feels like staying in a star hotel π. The location is also close to the main road. It's easy to go anywhere. Those who have a car won't have any problems because the parking area is very large. Apart from that, it is also very close to a supermarket (Multi Mart), in my opinion this is also a plus because meeting your daily needs can be reached quickly and easily.
