Nice view. But the waiters in the restaurant and the officers in the pool area were not friendly.Reprimanding guests as if they won't get paid. We ask Johana Cottages management to train their staff well.It's a potential shame but visitors don't want to come back because of bad service.

Sorry..I want to ventšLast year I stayed here with my friends using 4 cottages...qta BBQ, karaoke etc...because I stayed overnight so all the facilities were said to be free. So..I recommend to friends/relatives to just hold a family gathering here. Because apart from the facilities being very good, even though the waiters are older, they are friendly/polite.Eh...it's my turn this year to come again, the atmosphere is very different from last year; Not all of the facilities are included even if you stay... and what's even more disappointing is that the waiters are middle-aged mothers who, when informing us about something, it's as if this QTA, if the cottage is free... I'll be approached/reprimanded/reminded that if you use these facilities there's an additional feeš and I had to leave first..I said "yes, then you guys check out okay" (in my heart I was thinking that when I stayed last year everything was included in the cottage rental) what do you really want to run for? So I don't feel like doing any activities...I'm still so annoyed At 9 am, everyone had already checked out & moved to another locationš sorry owner...the waiters weren't so polite this timešš„ŗš

The rooms are nice, the resort is beautiful, the owner and service are very friendly, the most important thing is that the atmosphere is quiet, right for resting, not as noisy as most other resorts in Manado.. the food is delicious.. I really like it here and the kids don't want to go home.. Success is always Johana Resort š„°š I hope you can stay here again

The place is nice, calm, the sea view is good..the swimming pool is good, child friendly..the service is really good..the owner is super friendly..the food is complete and delicious..no need to look for food outside because the food in the restaurant is delicious and cheap..thq Johana cottages..will definitely come back here again..

Even though the place is far from the city, the place is very goodMoreover, the view is beyond doubtš¤
