Super recent and well appointed cottage, in Jan's garden who is a very helpful, friendly and accommodating host.The location is very good, view of Mount Lokon, not far from the center.Very quality breakfast on request.Very good value for money for Tomohon.

With a view of 2 volcanoes (if there are no clouds obstructing the view), you can expect a small complex with lots of flowers and great, modern rooms that leave nothing to be desired.There is also a minibar/coffee/tea/snacks with reasonable prices.Good breakfast is offered for an additional charge.The host Jan is great and takes great care of his guests.

Everything was perfect.After 1 month traveling in Sulawesi, this is the first time we have had such clean and comfortable accommodation. The hot water works and is very hot. The bungalow is located in a charming, calm and soothing garden.The place is quiet and close to Lokon and other centers of interest.The hosts are very kind, helpful, welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful (a word for a big eater), especially the pancakes.Possibility to rent a scooter at Rp 100k per day.The area is beautiful, lots of hiking and hot springs to do, and Ilasan Cottage is the perfect place to enjoy it.

We were a group of four, decided to ditch Manado for the weekend and check out Tomohon. Didn't expect much, but Ilasan Cottage blew us away! They greeted us with a drink straight from their garden, the rooms were huge, and the whole place was just beautiful. The hosts were super friendly, giving us tips on what to see around. It turned out to be way cooler than we thought – Ilasan Cottage is a winner!

We’ve had a wonderful time here and the host showed us many beautiful places and lovely restaurants with panoramic views. There are dogs but they are friendly.

Great welcome, nice bungalow.You will need at least 3 days to visit the volcano, the rice fields, the waterfalls, the market...Quiet accommodation and very well placed to explore.Possibility of renting a scooter on site, you can have your clothes washed for a very reasonable price, the breakfast is delicious.

We can only recommend this place. Pleasant and quiet place. A most comfortable room, a very good, very generous breakfast for an extra 45,000 IDH (well worth it. We tried the traditional breakfast and the pancakes).Jan is a very kind and attentive host who kept us well informed.If we come back to Tomohon, we already know where to stay.

We stayed here for 5 days/4 nights and we thought it was fantastic in every respect. Jan, our host, is very hospitable and enjoys making sure you have a great time. The bungalow is spacious and clean and has a refrigerator, nice bathroom and a view of the garden. You hear the sounds of the village such as the church songs in the morning and sometimes music from the neighbors, but that also makes it unique. We had breakfast here every morning and dinner in the evening, enjoyed a meal and tried tasty snacks in between. Jan guided our trip to the volcano. Only we would never have found this. The neighbor drove us around and took us to the market and waterfalls and volcano. Another day Jan took us to a restaurant in the rice fields, great. We also went to a nearby restaurant with another guest where they had delicious food. We had been to Tomohon before, but thanks to Jan we saw a lot more in a short time. Oh yes, and every day we found a new chocolate on the pillow.
