Good deal in central Tomohon. Rooms start with 300,000 IDR, but I would avoid the cheapest superior ones, as they might be located in ground floor and therefore smelly. For 30,000 IDR more you'll get a deluxe type, much better deal. Breakfast included & consists of standard nasi goreng fare and not so tragical coffee.

The office has been a regular here for months, but the more it gets here, the more disappointing it gets1. The AC is leaking, if you don't fix it/wash it, at least give it a bucket to collect the water. The room is dirty2. The water likes to die early in the morning, because it is holding water. In the morning, you know, when people are getting ready for activities that require a lot of water3. The doorlock was broken, made a sound like the token ran out, 24/7, really disturbed other guests to the point that we were the ones who complained that we thought the door wasn't closed properly4. The room window couldn't be locked, aka it was broken5. ANTs are everywhere, I've complained, at least give me insect spray. I bought it myself so it wouldn't get ants, the ants would get to the mattress :)Please WISE, clean up :)

I booked 4 days beforehand, in the room on the floor near the lobby, but when I checked in, I was given the room at the bottom, and the room I booked was given to someone else.... 👎👎👎

Good hotel, reception is all good. My only experience is that the manager who has only been in office until now is NOT FRIENDLY, HAS BAD PREJUDICES,The others are just good, comfortable and beautiful but the manager is not polite

The hotel is good, clean, the employees are friendly and kind. But not comfortable with the manager. Even though I often stay there, now I'm staying at another hotel because the manager is rude and not polite to guests. Arrogant again, like he owns the hotel. After that, I wanted to evict the guests. The manager in the red car is not the former manager

the rooms are good according to standards, the staff etc are also good but the manager is lacking, a little restless and extra to make it uncomfortable for guests staying

First impression, the receptionist was friendly, the rooms were really nice, spacious, clean and neat. The location is strategic because it is right in the city center, but when there are complaints such as the AC not being cold the response and action is there but they don't come and don't provide a solution

Front office dont know how to read booking service, clearly doesn’t get training to be one. Insisted the customer make the faulty booking twin for double bed. Shame.
