I have stayed here twice, and there has been no improvement. The plates, glasses, and spoons during breakfast are not clean. The floor in the room feels sticky and smells musty. The security of the room is not guaranteed; my friend's watch went missing while we were having breakfast.

1. Positive things:The location is very strategic. Just by walking we can find a place to eat easily.2. Negative things:When compared to the Sutanraja Kotamobagu hotel, the laundry does not use Sutanraja's own laundry.For food, employees often don't move quickly if a menu runs out. When requested, the new employee calls another employee to cook. I've already finished eating, the dish has just been refilled.The breakfast menu hasn't changed much either. It was quite boring watching him for a few days.For the size of the room, in my opinion the bathroom is too narrow. When you want to leave the bathroom, you have to step back because the bathroom door leads into the bathroom.When compared to the Sutanraja Kotamobagu Hotel, in Kotamobagu every day 1 bath gel and 1 shampoo are given.However, at Sutanraja Amurang, 2 shampoos were given. It's a bit strange actually.

Our stay for 8 days overall did not disappoint, starting from the price, rooms and food, friendly service, my only suggestion is for the cleaning room, please do moreupgraded again, the rooms were cleaned several times but unevenly, as if a lot had been overlooked, starting with the sheets not being changed for 2.3 days before they were replaced. the toilet and sink were not cleaned, the corners were still a bit dirty, so during our 8 day stay the toilet seat in our room was always passed over to be cleaned.
