The view at this lodge is premium. Make sure you come at the right time to ensure the waterfall view is worth the trip, and fee. For me the price is a bit pricey but I guess it is subjective. Helpful staff and very friendly.

Still, it's a good thing I gave it 1 star because I was really disappointed that I had to go all the way from Lampung to buy a waterfall view but it turns out that for the price of 1.8 it's really not worth it, in the room there are lots of small animals, but at night there are still lots of wild animals milling about, for that price, you only get breakfast which is really B It's a shame that the admin didn't tell you at the start about the dry waterfall, we felt like we were being cheated, not to mention the extreme trip, we were already staying for 2 nights, but because it wasn't comfortable, we just stayed overnight... We said we could get a refund, but in fact there was no refund. From Ciletuh Hills, I really don't recommend that you all stay here

over prize, the location makes visitors tired because they have to climb uphill, the service is really not good, we came all the way here to see the waterfall view from the room, but we didn't get it either, the management also didn't tell us from the previous day that if the waterfall wasn't coming out any more water, we were notified at Day of the event, in the evening there was the sound of wild boars around the room, small animals on the bed, how could it live up to expectations, even the description didn't match, no TV, no wifi, not good, regretted coming here

Stayed overnight in the Cigangsa type. Arriving at Cileteuh Hills, you can get a welcome drink of melon juice. Clean comfortable room with a waterfall view (the waterfall is strong in January and February). For breakfast I ordered to take away for trekking, got a complete package of nasgor, bread and fruit. Very friendly service.

Beautifully situated house with a view of the waterfalls, which you can reach in a 10-minute walk. (but go clockwise over the hill and find more waterfall!). Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food was okay. No WiFi, but that can be quiet. They think along or help with absolutely everything, including day trips in the area. Everything to make you happy.Beds good, house clean with well-functioning air conditioning and mosquito lamp. (But bringing a mosquito net is also fine). A stray large gecko in the house was expertly captured and released.Great stay here.

The rooms are actually nice from real teak, the amenities are also complete, there's even a hairdryer and a sports mat.The only thing that makes people zonk is that they say there are mosquito lights but there aren't any (luckily we were prepared).And then the AC remote wasn't there, it said it was broken, it said it had been repaired but it didn't work either. Then there was no solution, I had to insist that he first look for a loan and then adjust the AC.If it's just one night, it's okay, it's close to the waterfall, the view is good.It's just that the problem with remote AC and lamps turning on is annoying because the rate is already over a million expensive.Asking for a late checkout, you were immediately told that you couldn't, even though the check-in time was 3 o'clock. We stay 2 nights, room was clean but because it’s located in nature area you must ready with all insect & sound of nature in the night. Unfortunately there was a mouse in our cottage at 1st night & we informed to the cottage office & they did proper & fast action to closed the hole through which mouse enter. From cottage you can see the sea & water fall that can be reached by walking, nice & beautiful view. Land Rover for safari tour need to service & maintained well. Breakfast was ok & they have resto that we can order for lunch & dinner. Overall there was good experience at Ciletuh Hills, good service from the staffs & they provide premium toraja drip coffee.

So far so good staycation here. Wlpn I got lost at the top of Aher, FYI, if you come here, take Sodong waterfall as a reference.The service is friendly and helpful, if there are problems they are handled quickly.Access from the restaurant to the room requires a struggle but once you get to the room the view is superb! Make you feel at home. There is no TV or WiFi here because their concept is one with nature. There are several activities that can be taken such as safari tours and waterfall trekking.The advice if you come here is that the vehicle and driver must be in top condition because the track is extreme but the view along the road is very pleasing to the eye.

Location is about 4 hours from Jakarta. quite far from the Ciletuh Geopark and onto a small road which has lots of potholes..arrived at the location .. in front there was a fairly spacious sitting room and a welcome drink of fresh dragon fruit juice was given. the seating is quite comfortable.To get to the lodge you have to climb stairs up the hill on the left and right, there are still lots of plants.The stairs are irregular and not flat so it is quite difficult for those who have problems with their feet.the rooms are well prepared, clean and cool.The views for the lodge and exclusive lodge are also good with views of the sea, hills and waterfalls.When I was staying during the rainy season, the wind was quite scary and also made cracks in some corners and also from roof tiles that had no ceiling.Sometimes there are also ants, spiders and other insects roaming around the room. insect poison is provided.customer service explained all the functions and 'do's and don'ts' in a friendly manner so it was very helpful.The hotel staff was very helpful and responded quickly.Far away there is a UNESCO location for Sodong Waterfall which is very interesting

Superb! The accommodation doesn't have any medicine! Very cool! The best place to stay in Ciletuh Geopark which is in direct contact with nature and the views of the waterfall are second to none.

Great place, great view. But beware of insects and lizard that are roaming in the room at night. There are A LOT of insects at night as the villa has a lot of openings where insects and lizard can come inside. We barely sleep at night due to the constant insect landing on our bodies and the lizard taking a dump in the room. At one point the lizard poop on our bed.
