The worst overnight experience I have ever encountered, traumatized me, I gave up. GK receptionist is friendly. Just came to make a fuss. Children aged 6 years are subject to an additional 75 thousand without an extra bed. Two children is 150, what's the logic, it's better to rent another room. Even though we came as 5 adults and rented 3 rooms, that was enough. In fact, I insisted on adding more, so I couldn't accept it. And just casually told me to cancel. My money was lost on the day before. Applying the 200 thousand deposit rule, the minimum room is clean, sir/madam owner, this room is dirty, dust is thick, the electric plug is broken and asked to be repaired instead it couldn't be repaired, the TV was broken, the towels were rough, there wasn't any soap. Drinking water or tea and coffee is probably better. Just the first and last to stay there.

very disappointed with this inn. The AC doesn't work, only hot air comes out. the manager avoided it. Even if the owner wants a refund, he doesn't want to know on his own. there is no compensation at all, there is no goodwill, it seems like they are used to incidents like that because security confirms that they often get sprayed by customers

It's really sad, it's true, this place is not suitable for renting out.The AC blower wouldn't turn on, until finally moving rooms,Eh, it turns out the second room is a problem too.The toilet reservoir can't fill with water, the water hose for cleaning the toilet can't spray, the shower is also really sad,Eh, buckets and dippers weren't provided, in the end we used a plastic waste basket to shower. To bring a bowl for a dipper.Very poor management.What disappointed me even more was the receptionist's mouth.Very talkative, the girl is still young but her mouth is like Mrs Subangun in a soap opera.Even more disappointed when we checked out, we couldn't leave before checking the room.Do they suspect that we are thieves who will steal room equipment?Even though there was only one rough towel in the room, which we didn't even use, I thought it would still be nice to use a chamois.Therefore, for those of you who are looking for a homestay,Look for another place instead of staying here and ending up disappointed.It's really sad and disappointing.

It's sad that the mattress cover has lots of stains, the pillow is not suitable, I paid for it and was given the invoice, instead I asked to see the TF proof, hello? If you don't have it, there's no way the invoice will appear, in the app you can smoke but it turns out you can't, it's NOT COMPATIBLE with the app. Not friendly at all! At 10 o'clock there was someone banging and telling us to clean up the checkout for fear of being charged additionally, we paid 3 here, just the first night! Besides, if you get charged again because of late checkout, that's my problem, not yours, I really don't recommend it!

The management and the owner were really strange (because they had already called after the guard was confused about explaining to the owner regarding our order) 👎🏼. Ordered 2 rooms via OYO (1 room for 2 adults) and (1 room for 2 adults + 1 child aged 10 years) the order at OYO was as detailed as this, the rooms were available and we had paid via mbanking. When we arrived at the place, it turned out that the guest house said that all rooms are only for 2 people, so if there is 1 child / more than 2 people per room, you have to add another 75k/person (HILARIOUS HAHA). Logically, if the room is available in the application and it has been booked for 5 people (with such detailed information), then automatically we just have to come and there are no other transactions outside of the OYO transaction, right?!It's hilarious that he even asks "how old is your child, sis?!" Then the owner said to the guard "well if the child is 10 years old that means he doesn't get CHARGED". WOW, I'm really annoyed. It's not a problem of the child's age, sis/mas and it's not a problem that we don't want to pay. This is about having ordered a room for 5 people, but when we arrived we were asked to CHARGE again because the rule is that 1 room is only for 2 people?! WKWK HOW YES MBA/MAS MANAGER/OWNER.It turns out that after checking on Google there are already lots of "BAD REVIEWS" too! Please let the manager and owner study all the applications used for booking rooms. I really respect the caretaker who was patient enough to wait for a response from the owner and manager regarding this problem until he picked up the phone more than 5 times. Mr/Mrs manager/owner please be more responsive and understand the application. Don't be SO STUPID.
