I want to be honest and upset, pls don't be fooled by the photo, I swear, the room is the dirtiest and it's really dirty, I don't know what to do after the stay, it makes your hands stuffy, dirty, smells of cigarettes, the toilet is dirty, there are no towels?? Why, the cleaning service is minus -10000000, the worst hotel check-in experience in my life, check-in at 3, check out at 6 in the afternoon, I really don't like the scary room, it's better to look for another hotel with a slightly better budget and clean, comfortable, this is bigg NOOO!! NO WIPE?? IT'S BETTER TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL THAT DOESN'T WORT IT AT ALL

Honest reviewI booked through a deluxe room reseller, when I arrived at the location I got a room in front of the entrance because I thought it would be uncomfortable when I was resting, I heard people going back and forth so I asked to move to the same type of room, then I was able to move but was told to pay an additional 50k, then the receptionist suggested that if you come later, it's better to just come straight away. I asked what the price would be. If you checked in directly at the place it said 250, in fact the price wasn't that much in the APK. For the hotel management, please check the naughty employees, just for input so that visitors don't give up on coming.I stayed 2 days, the second day at 12 noon no one knocked on the room to ask about cleaning the room or give me new towels and drinking water along with new toiletries, please improve the serviceThank you 🙏🏻

Previously, I had no intention of ruining anyone's business, this is an honest review of my experience staying here. got a hotel for 100 thousand but really don't really recommend it to stay in, usually other hotels for 100 thousand are also okay, what are you expecting anyway? 😅 here the facilities are really lacking, sorryI just came in and wanted to check in. The service took a really long time, I thought it was clean, it was already clean and ready, but it turned out to be really noisy, making me not in the mood. When I just entered the door, the door lock had a jamming problem, that's it, towels & toiletries weren't provided, you had to ask first, the AC was OFF, I knew Cirebon was hot, bro... the remote was also broken, the TV couldn't be turned on, the bath tub was really dirty, the toilet was covered in mold, The bathroom door also couldn't be closed and opened continuously. It's like the bathroom has never been cleaned, the sheets I use also smell of sweat. Please replace the pillow later🙏🏻The room is also really stuffy, plus I can't sleep all night and I can barely breathe if someone is smoking outside, that's okay, but I swear it's annoying and The smell really came into the room, who didn't know what time it was!!! Please pay attention to the staff! That's why I decided to check out first because it wasn't comfortable! please fix it. It's downstairs. I'm not going there anymore, there's proof, just judge for yourself, thanks😌

First time booking via Agoda, got a hotel price under 150 but the facilities, service and cleanliness were super bad, very different in the photos and the real thing, didn't match expectations, the hotel check-in schedule was at 2 o'clock, but at 2 o'clock it was still busy cleaning the rooms, came in in front of the reception there were a lot of people smoking, in the evening there were people smoking in front of the rooms, even though smoking was prohibited, I already knew that all the rooms were air-conditioned but I didn't think that smoking would harm other people, there was my little child, the AC didn't work, the mattress smelled of cigarettes, the blanket had holes in it, the TV didn't turn on, there wasn't a remote for the lid, the room was stuffy, towels, soap weren't provided, when asked, the response was very slow, the bathroom was dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned until it was yellow and disgusting, the one who smoked really badly didn't know who was in front of the room, it was clear that the smell was getting inside room, the whole family was short of breath when they went to bed at night, booked for 2 nights and finally went straight home for 1 night, what a loss I swear!!! Then when I left early in the morning the staff was sleeping on the sofa and using a spring bed near the reception, their attitude wasn't very good, until I got home my throat and nose were sore because of people's cigarettes, the hotel didn't match the photo, don't be fooled by this hotel!! !
