Worth the price!Stai in 2019, this is a comfortable place, if you want to go to the beach it's right in front, when you first come you're immediately offered a welcome drink.The breakfast package is delicious and has lots of choices.There are also many room choices, depending on whether you need it to be crowded or alone.Recommended to relax here while watching the sunset or playing in the water.The air is still fresh, you want to walk or you can also rent a bicycle to go around the island.So, enjoy every moment as it comes.

I loved this place!😍😍😍 Small boutique resort , cosy lil houses which blend well with the surrounding! The service were excellent , the room are clean , tidy & the toilets are great . I had my shower in the open on the full moon night afte a long walk back from the other side of the gili! I just loved their private beaches here less people . Clear sea water and this was my “bedroom” for the last five nights. Will definitely return here next year!!Their foodies are great too so you don’t need to go out & eat. Best time to come is low season which is Oct-Nov ( so hot but good for beach bump) Jan-Apr too.Best to book via their website cos your breakfast will be included.To come here take a “cidomo” a horse ride on this island & it cost around Rp150,000.00Great hospitalityGreat foodLooking forward to return to Le Pirate 🏴☠️ Gili Trawangan👣🏖🕶👒🏝

the view at this hotel is very beautiful, the swimming pool directly on the seafront makes everything even nicer. clean and unique hotel. accompanied by very friendly hotel maids make this place the best!

Pros: cozy location, own bar on the beach, beautiful sunsets, separate bungalow (one room), excellent pressure of hot water in the shower, friendly staff, PayPass payment option.Cons: Horrible food (they even managed to screw up the regular milkshake)! There is no normal tap in the sink. No clothes dryer. Insects. For three nights, my home was NEVER cleaned. Although I hung a sign on the doorknob. For the money they want, I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I lost all my bank cards and my only payment method was PayPass, so I had to eat at the hotel restaurant.

why is the service so different for local guests, it's not necessarily that local guests don't have money, in the future it will be repaired more, there are some wooden decks that are damaged, causing people to trip over their feet

Located on the quieter, North East of the Island, right on the beach, Le Pirate is a self contained bubble of chilled out vibes. The beach shacks are small but absolutely perfect - air conditioned, with a hammock, outdoor shower and toilet (private, out the back door of each hut - it's amazing!). The food and cocktails in the restaurant are great and can be eaten on the beach or in the restaurant. We loved the variety of ways to relax/sunbathe - chairs, loungers, beanbags, beds, mats, on the beach, one of the 2 pools or on your own veranda... They host a movie night a few nights a week on the beach, a bonfire another night. People come to watch the sunset (perfect location for it) so it gets a little bit busy in the evening but nothing mad, and the music (normally kicks in at 3pm) is really chilled and vibey - nothing offensive or clubby. The staff are phenomenally friendly and professional (shoutout to Yudi and Dee). We ventured out for dinner and drinks one night, and vowed to never leave Le Pirate again as we were so in love with it (not normally what we do, as we like to explore new places!). We were genuinely sad to leave Le Pirate after 5 amazing nights here and couldn't recommend it more. It's a 25 minute walk from the harbour, but be warned - if you're using wheelie bags some parts of the road are quite sandy and you might struggle. You can get a horse for 100-150k.
