Anton, the owner, is super lovely, the area overlooking the sea is beautiful and even the pool is nice. But this place could do with a spruce up. The rooms are just basic. It's cheap accommodation though so you can't expect too much. Location is at the top of the island so away from the main bars (but perfect for seeing turtles). Only a short walk away but you do have to walk through a construction area to get there which doesn't look amazing. Being away from the main street means it's very quiet at night time.For breakfast we had Pancakes which were nothing fancy but enjoyable. My parter ordered a pizza for lunch and it took forever to arrive, with people who had arrived and ordered after us receiving their food first. I think there was some confusion with x1 margarita pizza.Overall, it you are on a budget, it's fine.

Welcoming facility with very friendly and helpful staff! Spacious room with very nice bathroom. Location right in front of turtle point. Bicycles can be rented on site. Breakfast is also good. Advised

Well positioned but huge lack of maintenance.-No water running in our room that night-There is a whole in the floor.-Room,bathroom and sheets are dirty.-rugs with wholes in them.-No table or shelves on either side of the bed.-No hand soap in the bathroom.

Very pleasant service, the rooms are great. Inability to pay by card in the restaurant. Sometimes there was no water or only salty water. Salt pool. But a quiet location.

In a total state of decay, the necessary maintenance is not carried out, spacious rooms but the signs of aging are visible, inconvenient location far from the port. Low price..

Listen and don't be fooled by the overall rating on booking.No matter how nice the staff is (sorry to write this review). I wouldn't go here again. Why? Here:- there is no cleaning- When we arrived, one of them took a broom and a room spray in his hand and let us into the room 1 minute later- rusty nail is the bathroom door handle- Hole in the ground- broken mosquito net- Scratching noises in the dirty, non-tight wall- Bed and towels have stains, but that's apparently normal everywhere- Windows cannot be closed completely- Towels don't dry you off, you stay wet after showering- Some windows without curtains- no air conditioning, only a fan (but it was booked that way)- Straw falls from the ceiling onto your bed- You have to walk twice over sand with your suitcase because the road ends, you shouldn't use the horses, they suffer hell- you are at the back of the island and shadowed from life- It's like an emergency solution, you don't feel wellThe positive:- nice place for breakfast by the sea- Breakfast is quite good, you can't say anything against it- directly into the sea and see turtles- WiFi works quite well, but you have to ask to log in beforehand- the staff is very nice and helpful, but unfortunately that has its limits as they don't understand many simple things in English

Everything wrong in this place.It is very inaccessible to get to, when we arrived we left our things, and my girlfriend immediately started sneezing. The bungalow was very deteriorated, the room we had does not have air conditioning. For the money you pay there really are much better places on the island.Anyway, we left our things and left, when we came back to stay and sleep, I turned on the fan and the wall started creaking. We investigated and found that there was a rat behind the wall. I immediately went to have them change our rooms since my girlfriend is allergic to rat bugs and luckily they changed our rooms. We spent 2 nights in the other room (it wasn't much better, but it did have air conditioning). We had one more night left and we thought we would continue sleeping in the room they changed to us. But no, on the second day they told us that we had to return to the other room where they had supposedly removed the rat. But they had not sanitized the place. I explained to the manager that my girlfriend is allergic and he responded that the room he had changed us to was already booked and there was nothing more he could do. We decided to go somewhere else.It is not a good place to stay, beyond my experience, I think the place is falling apart and really the first room we had was uninhabitable.

Excellent beach, to be used especially in the morning, since in the afternoon the tide goes out and you have to walk quite a bit through land and coral to get to the sea.Overall heavenly beach.
