The guesthouse is well located, close to the main points of interest and the price is very affordable. However, the insulation of the rooms leaves something to be desired. You can hear everything that's going on outside, which can be really disturbing, especially for those who are light sleepers. If you are sensitive to noise, I would advise you to look for another location. Other than that, the location is convenient and the price-quality ratio remains reasonable.

When I checked out, I was asked to go to an ATM and withdraw cash because I couldn't use my card.Complaining about the temperature of the air conditioner etc.The owner's attitude was not good.There was only water in the showerThe smell of fabric softener is too strongNot recommended

We stayed at Rumah Kundun for 6 nights and it couldn't have been any better! It's a perfect place if you're traveling on a budget.The owner Kade and all of the staff are super friendly and kind. Kade adds a special value since she really takes care of her guests personally. If you need any advice for trips, transport or food recommendations for a good price, don't be afraid to ask.Location is good, since the island is very small and it's easy going anywhere with a bike The place also offers free water refill, bike rental and has a good laundry place just next to it. Special value is also other staff since there is always someone around if you need anything, At the end we wished that we would have stayed longer, since we will miss the place and the people.Room is very basic, but is spacious in general so that didn't bother us.

Regular rooms. Poor condition of walls and furniture and bad smell. Poor cleaning. The only good thing is the location, close to the places of interest but away from the noise. We trusted the site's good rating and it disappointed us quite a bit. When we left, the owner asked us for a positive opinion in the reviews and there we understood the good mark. We wouldn't go back.

We stayed in the bamboo hut, it was really lovely. The owner is actually the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. She can’t do enough for you and gave us some amazing recommendations. Just be aware the bamboo hut has no air conditioning but the fan worked well.

Such a nice place to stay ! It's not far from the harbor, the owner is super sweet and friendly and she'll give you some good advice, what to do :)you walk only 5-10 minutes to the local night market. The room is very nice, plenty of space, AC is working, comfy beds -for a very good price! You'll have only cold water for showering, but honestly - you won't need hot water here ;P
