An absolutely run-down facility!Pool dirty and leagues broken.Bungalow moldy inside and neither cleaned nor swept.Above all, the pictures on Booking.com of this accommodation do not show the true condition

We decided last minute to extend our stay in Gili Trawangan for two extra days, and Blu da Mare was one of the few options available. Unfortunately, I now understand why it had vacancies.Despite not being cheap, the quality of the room was very poor. Upon check-in, we found the floor dirty, stains on the bed sheets, uncovered cables and broken pieces in the room, and burn marks on the towels. The walls were also dirty, with signs of humidity almost everywhere, creating an unpleasant and unhealthy environment. To make matters worse, on our second day, housekeeping didn’t even come to clean the room.The only positive aspects of our stay were the breakfast, which was good with a wide variety of options, and Sara, the hotel manager, who was helpful and attentive. However, these alone don't justify the price or the overall experience.

Terrible service! More precisely, its absence! Charging in the room does not work, noisy, no reception! Reconstruction is underway, the Internet does not work normally and neither do the chargers! The only plus is the smiling staff) oh yes, the shower is also barely dripping, it’s impossible to wash your hair) 2 guys just came and checked in for us and everyone left! Photo / expectation / reality does not match 🥲 it ruined my vacation

A hotel with a very good location 10 minutes walk from the port.The staff are very nice and lovely but a little overwhelmed.The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped but the taps are old and the water flow is low, room cleaning is on request.Breakfast is ok.Yes the hotel is a bit abandoned, but the staff informed us that the hotel will be sold soon to the owner of the hotel next door.
