**Worst hotel I’ve seen in a year of traveling.**To begin with, the air conditioning doesn’t work. At first, they just wanted to give us fans, but I insisted they find a better solution, like a repairman or some kind of compensation. They were very unwilling to negotiate and pretended to try to fix it just to buy time. To them, it was almost normal and not a big deal that the air conditioning wasn’t working.We eventually reached a compromise, but when we went to take a shower, we realized the water was salty. It’s impossible to take a salty shower, it’s horrible, so I contacted them again, asking why there was saltwater in the shower. And they had the nerve to reply, “Yes, so what’s the problem?”I asked him if he takes his showers in the sea, and then he got aggressive, saying we were the worst customers he had ever seen and wanted to throw us out. I offered to come over and discuss this in person since it was all communicated via WhatsApp, but he never showed up.He then became threatening, implying that he would throw out (or steal) our belongings if we didn’t leave immediately (it was 6pm, and we didn’t have another booking). In the end, we found a very cool homestay with a much kinder manager.If you want to shower in seawater and deal with aggressive people who want to throw you out and steal your stuff, go ahead and stay here.

Oceansoul wasn’t great value for its price, so can’t recommend. Although the staff working there were lovely the accommodations themselves were of low standard and overpriced. Points below:- no drinking water provided- shower hardly worked, dribbled out- rooms were not cleaned/ turned over even once in our 4 night stay- only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of pre used soap provided- no outside seating on the veranda was provided- neighbourhood was noisy at night with 2 roosters carrying on outside the room most of the night

Amazing friendly people who run a beautiful little guesthouse. Clean very special and individual created rooms and yummie all day breakfast.
