Abandoned hotel. The rooms do not match the photos. We arrived to check in, they put us up in some abandoned place, where everything is dirty, rusty, the bed linen is all stained, it is obvious that the hotel is abandoned, and they just put a bed in the room and started renting it out. The staff is not even aware of their reservation. They wrote off the payment from my cards when booking a room, but the hotel was so disgusting that we did not stay there. I told this employee about this and explained that everything looks different in the photo. She did not answer. They did not return my money. They do not answer my messages. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! This is a complete horror! They put us up in an abandoned place!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Really bad experience here , we had no water for 12 hours because owner busy playing on his phone I ask please can we have water for shower , no no I’m busy , also they have a thief with their staff , yes I am stupid forgot my earrings in my case , and gone , no one take responsibility bad energy here

I recently stayed at II Bungalows Gili Meno and had a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the place was unacceptable. The room was infested with cockroaches, and there were rats running around on the roof. It was incredibly unsettling and made it impossible to relax. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and pest control.

It is a place maintained by a family, the breakfasts and the attention of 10... I understand that the island was without tourism for a long time and there are many abandoned places around. Here they are doing everything possible to carry out their project, for the price and the attention it is super good. The internet is not good.

Go round the back of the other hostel! There you will find a fantastic homestay with the amazing Ama. She took great care of us, making us pancakes and scrambled eggs every morning, answering every question we had. She did a great job of the laundry too. She is on her own there so please be patient if you can’t find her, she’s liking taking care of the cows for the butter you have in the morning!

Avoid... Dilapidated hotel, both outside and inside. We rented the family room: sheets with holes and stains, dirty place, more than basic bathroom. Very few staff on site, almost no exchanges. Basic breakfast. Only the location is ok.
