I really like the interior of the resort, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food at breakfast is also varied and tastes okay, the view when eating is very nice, the staff is friendly, very suitable for a holiday, you won't regret choosing to stay here, I hope you come here again soon

The rooms are clean and the food in the restaurant is excellent. All the staffs are very helpful and super nice 👍🏻. We’d like to suggest a rubber mat in the shower since the tiles is slippery. Overall It was a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Sorry to say to AlluraThere is no doubt about the great service, even for the security I give it *7 out of 5, because it is very helpful and a solution. Also for the restaurant staff, JOSH, the point is that the service is really satisfying.Apart from that, in my opinion there is something missing, maybe I was just unlucky to get this room, the type of suite lo view is very "terrific" (check the photo that I included) there is a piece of furniture outside the room window which in fact probably shouldn't be suitable, it's just being presented to the room costs (1.5-2 million) and the view at night, oh my god, what a horror the dark school building is 😂 my children are so scared they don't want to open the windows all night 😂.As for so-so restaurant food, there's only one thing that I think is PERFECT is the broccoli dish, it's a REAL CHAMPION!!!Oh, a little more, staying overnight last night the electricity failed 2-3 times, I forgot, making the WiFi test start all the time, the AC TV restarting was a bit annoying.That's a little review from me, please use it as an evaluation and overall this hotel is ok

1. I had some difficulty getting into the hotel parking lot, because the street was very busy. Unfortunately there was no security or staff to help get the vehicle across. Even though there are lots of security hanging around in front of the hotel, they only help with parking.2. There are swimming pool facilities that are child friendly, the water is cool and cool.3. The wardrobe is in the bathroom, so the space for the bedroom is a bit narrow.4. Breakfast is on the 3rd floor, with an appropriate menu and taste.5. At night there was a group of guests holding an event on the 3rd floor. Until 11 pm they were still screaming at karaoke and laughing loudly.It really disturbs other guests who want to rest.Hotels should make rules about time limits and noise.

The place is really nice.... It's cool again, perfect for relaxing with family and loved ones, the restaurant is clean and cool, the food is delicious, the rooms are really nice too, really comfortable, if you go on holiday to Tawangmangu you'll definitely stop by and stay here again
